A pinch of pepper
240 ml of water
Fore the golden milk (per serving):
0,5 tsp of homemade turmeric paste
300 ml of plant based milk, I like using oat milk
1 tsp of black cumin oil
1/3 tsp of cinnamon
optional: 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup

Alternative preparation method:
1 tsp of organic turmeric powder
300 ml of plant based milk of your choice
1 tsp of black cumin seed oil
1/3 tsp of cinnamon
optional: 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup
The paste dissolves a lot easier.
