Looking for 4/2.5 enclosed pool home with jacuzzi in Central Florida, close to hospitals, eateries, entertainment etc. As new as possible. Not looking for repair projects. Move in ready with seller/builder incentives. Moving from NY. Privacy important. Not looking to be right on top of neighbors. Dont mind HOA closed community for security. Your best suggestions?
I think the house is o.k. But high priced. With the super high insurance rates currently hitting Florida over the next 18 months I expect prices to drop dramatically. Reminds me of the last Florida real estate collapse. But for her I’ll buy and then some.
Everyone expects the same and unfortunately, while the city keeps growing and more people want to come here for relocation; prices won't go down. I have been saying the same that since 2020, at least now there is more power in negotiations
