@@ConstructionMachineryChannel the most disappointing part is I have 2 brand new ones they won't give me full refund and they are fobbing me off and I know what the problem is and how to fix it but it's like talking to a dumb ass brick wall !
@@trevorbalander4666 No, they have ruined them ! . They have completely messed up the valve block. It's a complete load of crap and cat won't even honour the warranty !! I've had engineers out, and higher up idiots all they it's not right on two different machines. And then they fobb me off !
@@trevorbalander4666 the tilt depth and side shift they have messed it up big time !! When planer is running the side shift hardly moves and considering their is a machine for smal works and trimming it needs to move 40 seconds to slide it with planer running!! The depth will stall the planer if your operating it and if you are planing shuts or profiling and want to ga shallower whilst planing the depth will go deeper before it will go shallower or it will stall planer. Had these planers for 15 years now never had this problem with any of the others all cat and had I think its 15 machines and 11 planers and never had this kind of rubbish in my life. Its total crap !!

Well I have 5 of these machine and been trying to tell cat about improvements we have made to the equipment and I may aswell piss into the wind

I agree mine is very slow to side shift and stalls when increasing depth during cutting. Your right about that.
