Hello sir, Even though I applied everything you did in this video, I am missing something. After applying the materials to the surfaces, the materials do not appear in the viewport and render. I did some research and realized that the material is not visible because the material override is open. But you have the material override option on and you can see the materials. I would appreciate it if you could help. Thank you!
@@KGStudioSketchup bro from the asset editor did you try with “cuda” to render? Thus if you found out the “cuda” section and right hand there’s “3 dot” click it choose “CPU” and “GPU” to render it. It helps you save a lot of time. Hope it helps. Cheers!
@@KGStudioSketchup if you drew it in Sketchup then it’s yours and you can do what you Ike with it. If you don’t want to share, you should just say so so that people stop asking. As long as you’re not giving away paid-for materials or models (chairs, tv, etc) then you can share the Sketchup geometry to save your followers from having to create it from scratch. Then they can buy and add their own materials and contents. At least you’d be giving them the geometry, beveled edges, VRay lights, render settings, VFB adjustments, etc.
@ughanze obinna furniture might be “paid for” models from evermotion.org or somewhere like that. If so, then KG Studio isn’t allowed to share them. Like I said above, if KG Studio is willing to share their Sketchup file WITHOUT materials (which are also generally paid for) unless they’re VRay native materials, and WITHOUT imported models like furniture, etc, then they’d STILL be doing everyone a massive favour by sharing the room geometry, lights, camera positions, VRay settings, VFB adjustments, etc. Lots of people would find that very helpful.

Yes , i had the same problem too . There's no material at all when the material override turn on and when it turn it off it all gone white

As long as you’re not giving away paid-for materials or models (chairs, tv, etc) then you can share the Sketchup geometry to save your followers from having to create it from scratch. Then they can buy and add their own materials and contents. At least you’d be giving them the geometry, beveled edges, VRay lights, render settings, VFB adjustments, etc.
