thorough, thoughtful, informative and fun. Adding the thoughts regarding "what demographic" might be more interested in which styles of form really helps, too. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience.
To my dearest Dimitria! Thank you for finally providing the most comprehensive video on Breast Forms on RUclips. If I could give a 1000 thumbs up, I would. Finally there is a video that goes through it all! I really hope that making this video didn't give you much stress because I am so impressed with how thorough you are. Also, I love how you made it fun too! If you are a crossdresser like myself who is starting off and looking for your first pair of breast forms or someone who is looking for more information about breast forms, this is the video for you! Thank you again and keep up with the great videos!
I’m actually watching to help me figure out which form I should get after having a single mastectomy from breast cancer. I’m gonna try and make both look like my reconstruction will. I’m also learning so much about the trans community and the issues for trying to find the right breast and form for trans people as well My trans mother would also love these videos and help. I should show her. :)
These days I use the Amolux Diamond size 14. My journey with breast forms has been both very funny and frustrating. I think my first were balled up socks in a bra that I found on the street that I had to sew extensions on it to make it fit me. I tried the water balloon route and while shopping in a store had one pop and me dropping everything and getting out as fast as I could. For a time I used a form that had velcro tabs that would attach to an adhesive fabric that would adhere to by skin. They were nice because I could take them off easily and be in drab mode for everyday and put them on at a moments notice. The problem that developed was that the adhesive used would make my skin very unhappy. I got my first pair of Amoena's and liked them very much. The asymetrical type, left and right. I wore that pair until the renewable adhesive backing started to separate in places and exposed me to another industrial adhesive that my skin didn't like. Subsequent Amoena's were purchased but as time went on I noticed that the outer skin of the breast forms became more and more fragile and prone to puncture holes and tears. There is a tape that can be used to patch the holes but the forms get kind of blotchy looking after a while. I have the same problem with the Amolux forms to some extent but the price is about half of the Amoena forms. I tried one of the plate breast form things they sell at "The Breast form store but the breasts were too small and unnatural texture, like lumps of clay. I had been waiting for weeks for it to arrive so I had to try it on. That made it unreturnable so I have them sitting in a box in my attic. Anyway, I really like my self adhering forms and love the way they bounce and move with my body. I sleep with them on and because I'm a back sleeper, I don't have worries about popping them. I just wish the manufacturers would make the outer skin on the forms a little less natural and a little more durable.
Omg thank you!!!!! I bought a breast plate from glamour boutique and had no idea what size bra I am. Thank you so much for breaking down how to measure and in such simple terms!!!
I actually watched this for a solution to attach a packer and oh gosh... so many helpful tips I didn't know of!! Thank you thank you thank you!! There's so little info around for transmascs seeking to use attachable packers and I can see a lot of your advice for breast forms helping for that too!
Sooo much useful information. Thank you, SO so much. Finally getting ready to stop BSing myself, and start moving forward with my happiness, and this was exactly the kind of info dump I needed.
Thank you for your extensive information here! Much appreciated. My struggle has been to find forms which are broad enough to suit my torso, without being excessively protruding. Many forms are too narrow in the smaller sizes. Thanks again for your work researching this topic and sharing your knowledge. M xXx
This was a very helpful video to watch. I know this isn't an original or witty comment or anything, but thanks for the guidance though. It helps a lot.
I'm glad I stumbled on to your video. The reason for it isn't about the information about breast forms though that was great but it was because I got the sense that you're someone who might "get" me. You shared that you're in transition and though many years ago I considered the option I knew it wasn't for me. That being said bravo to you. What I came away with from this video is that you might just accept me for who I am - a heterosexual male crossdresser. Thanks and I wish you all the best on your journey into tomorrow.
Thank you. Detailed, informative and very helpful. Just an everyday CD (make up skills still very poor but your tips help) and I am on my second set of forms (gold seal triangular) first set succumbed to mechanics fingernails..... Just big enough to give a B cup to go in my 42 band bras. I just wanted to fill out the clothes. They are attachable but I only do so when I plan on dressing for the day and not just for the time after work before bed.
Thank you so much for all this information, I really appreciate it. I'm a detrans cis woman and had a masculinizing double mastectomy as part of my ftm transition about a decade ago. I kinda regret that, although I also accept that it was what I chose to do at that time of my life, as it seemed like a good decision with the knowledge I had back then. So I'm not really mad about it, but I miss having some kinda boobage, so I wear breast forms. I actually bought my first pair 5 years ago, but they recently broke. Basically the thin film at the back of them (the side that goes against the chest) has ripped in multiple places. Probably my over-sweating on them for all those years made them just finally give in. No I never slept in them, or put them anywhere near sharp objects. They were Amolux and in the $200 category, so quite decent quality stuff, and I don't think a 5 years long life for them was bad. I've duct taped them together for now since the rips are all on the back side, but I doubt that'll be a long term solution lol. May they rest in peace. Luckily I had a spare pair that I'm currently wearing, but they're specifically for bathing/swimming. They don't have a film wrapped around them so they're more sturdy, but for whatever reason they're not as soft and they're way too concave for my very flat chest. But the size is just fine, and they're the same size as the ones that broke, which is a size 6. I'm a kinda medium sized woman (band width 40-42) and the breast forms are about B/C-cup on me. I think that size works great for me because I'm a little chubby with broad hips and shoulders, so that size tits makes me look harmoniously hourglass, imo. They're a bit bigger than what I had naturally pre-transition, but I also was more of a pear shape back then. Having broader shoulders and wider back now, it makes sense I feel better in bigger tits as well, I think. But basically I'm considering getting a new pair of tits since my old ones broke. I'm pretty sure I want a new pair to be in the same sorta size as my old tits, but watching this video got me interested in the tear drop shape. My old/current tits are in the triangular shape. I do wanna go for a mid range sorta price again though, so that I get good quality but nothing too fancy. I don't care if they're shiny and they don't need fancy nipples or any nipples at all really. I'm fine with only wearing them in pocketed mastectomy bras. I find that to be the most convenient for day to day wear. If I want cleavage... honestly I don't have the patience to make that work for me. Not that I'm particularly looking forward spending another 200 dollars right away as I just bought a wig for about as much to cover my balding... but hey, I'll make that work somehow. Detransitioning can be really damn expensive. Which I guess is similar to how transitioning can be for trans women, as I'm doing some of the similar steps now.
My love is non-binary and really wants to get breast forms. I really wanted to help them get something that would make them feel beautiful AND comfortable. Thank you so so so much for this video.
Thanks for the video. 😍 Super intrigued by the breast enhancers (Freebra?) but unsure how to pick sizing for that. My existing forms already give me cleavage but often stick out the top of my bra.
The Free Bra on Glamour Boutique suggests: Available in Size C and D- Do not be deceived by the cup sizing. This is not regarding Cup Size but for Chest Width. A C cup on the Male body is a smaller to average-sized body (up to 38″) and a D on an Average to larger sized Body (40″ and over).
Only go with full coverage, underwire bras and try a bunch of different ones to find the one that fits. It’s really hard to find one that fully covers with an inside edge that lays against the skin. For my 1400 gram set (40D) I only have one bra that fits perfectly (unfortunately white; I prefer black); so no open neck blouses without a scarf to cover with the other bras.
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I have been trying to figure out breast forms for a while and you broke everything down for me. Much appreciated! 💖
I used to think all breast forms were expensive but I found a good pair on Amazon for only like $30 and they have been serving me well for the past... god maybe it's been a year, year and a half now? (wearing them while I type this comment! lol) They are the vollence triangle ones I think. Basically a round triangle shape which tbh makes more sense to me than the tear drop shape. I'm guessing part of this video will be how to find the right size, idk I just sorta guessed, I figured since I'm sorta overweight I'd wanna go bigger but I also didn't wanna go *too* big and look fake so I went C and I'm really happy with them! My only issue is that they don't stay on me very well, they constantly feel like they are gonna fall out of my bra unless I wear a tight enough outfit (which for me, so far, since I'm early into getting a feminine wardrobe, just so happens to be my first dress which I am also wearing as I type this lol) but that's probably due to my lacking a good sized bra. I have a bra coming which should hopefully hold them in better, tho I also know there is adhesive to keep them on your chest as well. Honestly I would love to have a full on chest piece but I feel like with my weight and wide shoulders it won't work out good, and anyway hopefully hormones will be bringing me real boobs sooner rather than later so I maybe shouldn't invest in this stuff too much LOL 14:02 Oh I agree! That's why I love my dress so much, It's so tight in the chest and holds my forms in so well that I basically forget I have separate breast forms in, they just feel like a part of me. I can move around and they aren't moving and I'm not having to readjust them and it feels amazing :D EDIT: Oh I didn't realize the cup sizes wasn't a constant thing... That might... complicate my bra buying a bit. I guess I'll have to wait for my bra to come in and see if the cup size is right or not.
I’m technically supposed to wear a 42 bra band but I have found that a 40 works better to keep the forms from falling out. It’s a little tighter but I don’t mind that and helps keep everything in place better. Just remember that going down in bra band size requires going up in cup size (i.e., a 42D = a 40DD/E = a 38DDD/F, etc.). As bra band sizes go larger, it requires going larger in cup size to keep them looking proportional to the body; so a 38D will be larger than a 36D and will have a cup size equivalent to a 36DD/E. You can look up size charts to help figure it out. And while most countries use a straight A, B, C, D, etc. (with the US having the additions of DD = E, and DDD = F), the U.K., Australia and Italy have a different system that goes A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, etc. It means that a US DDD/F equals a U.K. E, a US G equals a U.K. F, etc. (very confusing!). And Asian sizes all size down one cup size; so a US 38D would need to be a 38E in Japanese/Chinese sizing. Basically the American DD and DDD are superfluous and equal E and F, while the U.K. system has doubles for D, F, G, etc. that are actual sizes. Hopefully that makes sense. Looking at an actual chart with the different countries’ systems compared should make it clear. I also only use full coverage, underwire bras to fully cover and the underwire also help keep the gals in place.
Thank you for this educational video. I am hoping to get some more helpful information. I have a pair of silicone CD size for my 44 band size boobs. I want to go to another next larger size that are not fuller but a little longer and more pointed. I need some guidance here. Thank you.
Thank so as a cis woman I use them myself . As a cis woman , I am most attracted towards the bra breast forms because they’re easy to takeoff and keep safe. It does feel like I’m taking on and off my femininity I would prefer a latex form. But they’re so expensive. And it seems like the forms that are fully chest like rip so easily as well
A couple of tips to add: just because a bra has "pocket" space, doesn't mean it's necessarily suitable. I had an awful case of monoboob the first time I leaned over wearing my sports bra, as both forms slid together in the middle of my chest!
I'm non-binary that uses fake breast to simply move my attention from my lower parts. In order to avoid that I've bought sports bras that were padded. I could then gently slid my water filled freezer bags in. I use singel layer when awake & for sleeping I use triple layer with layers of padding. According to my spreasheet I've been wearing breastforms 173 days this year.
My dear friend went dancing and drinking dressed to the 10' with cross dressers and others. As she is dancing one breast form on the left side popped out onto the floor giggle. True story ❤
Underwire bras can be a better way to go just for that reason. And it can help to size down on the strap to make it tighter overall so the form is less likely to slip out (just remember to go up a cup size if going down one bra strap size; cup sizes vary depending on strap size). P.S., go with full coverage bras too.
As someone who is new and trying to figure themselves out I thought the full plate would be better because it would fit better but I am now not so sure. I also am having problems where wearing the plate for over an hour the weight of the breasts really starts to make it almost harder to breath as my chest gets weak since the latex plates are quite heavy and usually end up most of the weight on your upper chest. Definitely went a little too hard when I first realized I wanted breasts full time and will probably be looking into smaller ones but wanted to know any other recommendations for the breast plate? Or if it is normal for the weight to make your chest feel tight? Again very new so learning as I go and its been a roller coaster. Learning that the plate I thought would make it feel more natural but it turned the opposite. Glad for this much information.
Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who is big & tall(ish)? I'm trying to find breast forms that actually work for my body size and shape. My bra size is 50D and I'm 5'11", so like... gigantic and natural are synonymous. However! I'm having a hard time finding any that are actually big enough AND have a natural shape. The bolted-on look is a no-go for me. in terms of choosing my bust size, i surveyed looked at the women in my family (they knew why, lol) and just went with the average band/bust ratio.
Measure your underbust size and add 3-4 inches depending on if it’s odd or even. I.e., a 40 or 41 inch underbust would mean a 44 inch bra band. And then cup size is dependent on what you want. But keep in mind that cup sizes vary depending on the bra band size and they change proportional to the size; i.e., a 42DD/E = 40DDD/F = 38G, etc. In my own case, I’m supposed to wear a 42 inch bra band but I have found that a 40 inch bra band is a little tighter and works better to hold everything in. I only use full coverage, underwire bras as well to keep the gals in place. So instead of a 42DD/E, I go with a 40DDD/F. Find a bra size chart that shows the different size systems for different countries as well. The U.K./Australia/Italy use a different cup size system and Asian sizes are down one cup size from US sizes (i.e., go up one cup size with a bra made for the Asian market; if normally a 40D, go with a 40DD/E). P.S., I have found some good breast forms for cheap on eBay that I like quite a bit. For your body type, go with the triangular instead of the tear drop (they’re better for tall, skinny people with little chest tissue). The ones I have been buying include a 2400 gram set (1200 each side) and a 2800 gram set that might work for you. Figuring out the correct bra cup size might take some trial and error though. There are several companies selling them but most only go up to the 2000 gram set (which is listed as “FF” but they don’t technically follow either the US or U.K. systems and their sizing is somewhat arbitrary; these fit a 40H/42G for me). The 2400 gram set (which they list as “G”) should be approximately a 50D or somewhere close. The 2800 gram set should be about a 50DD. The uncertainty comes in that these two larger sizes jump in the gram weights compared to the smaller sizes. From 2000 and below, each 200 gram increase equals one bra cup size, but the 2400 and 2800 are listed as the next two sizes up even though they jump up 400 grams each; so it’s hard to know whether they are the same size increases as the bra cups (i.e., the bra companies might continue with 200 gram increases instead of the 400 gram increases these breast forms do. It’s all because the breast forms don’t follow standard size conventions and are somewhat arbitrary in their labeling considering that cup sizes vary with band size, and they just slap a middle of the road size on them). One of the companies that sell these is KnowU; but they don’t have the larger size. Hopefully though it will lead you to find the company that does (I will try to look it up in the meantime). Suggestion 1: IVITA AA-GG Cup Triangle Silicone Breast Forms White Fake Boobs Bra Enhancers •2400 gram size only at the moment •these are pointier than the others ones I like and tend to point in slightly splayed directions instead of forward •have more concave in the back •have recognizable lines in the back concave which the other ones don’t; helps when looking at other companies that sell these two form types Suggestion 2: GG Cup Self Adhesive Silicone Breast Forms 8XL Fake Big Boobs Crossdresser Use •2800 gram size only (I tried looking for the 2400 gram size with this company but couldn’t find it) •same company: IVITA •rounder, more natural shape but less concave on the back in larger sizes above 1800 grams and point forward more •more projection than more expensive forms, but they look pretty good for cheaper forms. I hope that helps. It should get you started at least. You can search and see if there are other companies selling these same forms too. Be aware, sometimes they list GG as the 2000 gram forms instead of as the 2800 gram forms; so check the charts and make sure you order by the gram size to ensure you’re getting the correct size). I hope that helps and gets you on the right track. P.P.S., I have noticed these run small compared to my older, more expensive Transform Supersoft Classics and I had to go up one size to get a comparable size. I.e., the Transform in a 1200 gram (40D) is equal to the 1400 gram ones from IVITA. 👍🏻
I don't know why i didnt get them years ago. Actually i think I do, I wanted real ones. I thought I'd find breastforms unsatisfying. I couldn't have been more wrong. The instant I put them in my bra and felt them I had such a surge of pleasure and...rightness. Could not stop feeling them sitting there on my chest, wobbly and squishy. BUT. I got some tape. Kept it on too long - slept in them actually. Ripped the "skin" off one of them trying to remove it. Now I have to buy another pair. Not all bad, though. Getting a dif shape and slightly bigger. Think I'll use spray on adhesive this time. Very helpful and informative. Thanks. ❤️ Ps. Didn't think I cared about the nipples but...just seeing them through my top? I loved it. Not on HRT..YET. Pps. I've done the DIY with rice. It created a decent shape in my bra but the feel? Nope. Water balloons were a disaster. The DIY methods are a stopgap to a stopgap. The breastforms changed everything.
Hello I love the video. I would like help on a few things. If u can get back to me that would be great. But not sure how I would get back to me? But I'm a cross dresser. I want to go out as a lady but not gotten that far yet. Please can u help me?
I’m a 28-year-old female of transgender experience (I so love watching Victoria~), and I’ve been thinking of getting cleavage enhancers, but I’ve also been thinking of doing some DIY until I purchase them. Something I’ve been thinking about doing is the pantyhose method, but I was thinking about combining bird feed and beads (like the kind you find in some stuffed animals…Beanie Babies I think is a good one?). The cotton fluff in most stuffed animals (or even just cotton balls you find in your local pharmacy) could probably be a good outer layer to reduce the feeling of my breasts being fake. For the price of the stuffies, would it be a good idea? Or should I stay with the cheaper options of rice and bird seed?
Oh, the EMBARRASSIKENT when on a warm day, I reached for something on an upper shelf in the supermarket and 1 fell out down the dress onto the floor, right by checkout...
Hi Good Vlog you describe what is available. What about you? Are you on HRT and getting close to SRS , ( sorry to be personal but you look a neat person).
I'm non-binary that have needs to wear fake breast due to my dysphoria. I'm using frezebags filled with water. What i do is that Itie the buttom part of the bag, this will make the bag round. Then I squeese all the air out and tie it at the top. This will not have the water under pressure cos it can move freely. I've bought 2 pairs of bras(Nike indy bra). The reason it became them was cos they were padded I could then use the pocket for the bags. But unfortunately the straps are to weak, so I had find a new pair to sleep with. I use singel-layer for daily and 3 layer when sleeping.
I'm mad that when I look for sleep safe breast form, it seems like I can only get it from US and have to pay extra for import duty tax fee. I'm from Canada, why does everything has to be from US. It pisses me off. Canada is behind on transgender surgical care, even though Canada is ahead than America when it comes to transgender rights. There are only 4 cities in Canada perform Transgender surgery including facial masculization/feminization surgery. While in the US, there are like 320 cities that perform it. I have not seen much change in Canada since 2015 and I live too far away from these cities performs it. Not everyone like me drives a car to get there
thorough, thoughtful, informative and fun.
Adding the thoughts regarding "what demographic" might be more interested in which styles of form really helps, too.
Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and experience.

Wow, Thank you I learned so much. I had a mastectomy .
thank you SO MUCH for this thorough video!!

Detransitioning can be really damn expensive. Which I guess is similar to how transitioning can be for trans women, as I'm doing some of the similar steps now.
This video is a GODSEND. THAAAANK YOU SO MUCH! 😘❤
Hi!! it's there a company that will scan the chest?
Great video. Every informative.
How can I contect u
Honestly I would love to have a full on chest piece but I feel like with my weight and wide shoulders it won't work out good, and anyway hopefully hormones will be bringing me real boobs sooner rather than later so I maybe shouldn't invest in this stuff too much LOL
14:02 Oh I agree! That's why I love my dress so much, It's so tight in the chest and holds my forms in so well that I basically forget I have separate breast forms in, they just feel like a part of me. I can move around and they aren't moving and I'm not having to readjust them and it feels amazing :D
EDIT: Oh I didn't realize the cup sizes wasn't a constant thing...
I also only use full coverage, underwire bras to fully cover and the underwire also help keep the gals in place.
wonderful video this girl is informative for sure
Your video is more in depth, thanks.
Thank you for this educational video. I am hoping to get some more helpful information. I have a pair of silicone CD size for my 44 band size boobs. I want to go to another next larger size that are not fuller but a little longer and more pointed. I need some guidance here. Thank you.
so nice and lovely forms....
Thank so as a cis woman I use them myself . As a cis woman , I am most attracted towards the bra breast forms because they’re easy to takeoff and keep safe. It does feel like I’m taking on and off my femininity I would prefer a latex form. But they’re so expensive. And it seems like the forms that are fully chest like rip so easily as well
Was just curious why you didn't include ivita breast forms and breastplates
A couple of tips to add: just because a bra has "pocket" space, doesn't mean it's necessarily suitable.
I had an awful case of monoboob the first time I leaned over wearing my sports bra, as both forms slid together in the middle of my chest!
Very good point!
Mujhe ye lena h
My dear friend went dancing and drinking dressed to the 10' with cross dressers and others.
As she is dancing one breast form on the left side popped out onto the floor giggle.
True story ❤
Underwire bras can be a better way to go just for that reason. And it can help to size down on the strap to make it tighter overall so the form is less likely to slip out (just remember to go up a cup size if going down one bra strap size; cup sizes vary depending on strap size).
P.S., go with full coverage bras too.
One thing that wasn't mentioned and isn't enough is skin tone.
31:15 I feel like this is directed at me lol
Great video. Thanks :)
What do you recommend for CIS mastectomy clients who need to wear low cleavage dresses?
Glad for this much information.
thank you so much for sharing this
I brought the amoulux version had them for years
Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who is big & tall(ish)?
Suggestion 1:
IVITA AA-GG Cup Triangle Silicone Breast Forms White Fake Boobs Bra Enhancers
•2400 gram size only at the moment
•these are pointier than the others ones I like and tend to point in slightly splayed directions instead of forward
•have more concave in the back
•have recognizable lines in the back concave which the other ones don’t; helps when looking at other companies that sell these two form types
Suggestion 2:
GG Cup Self Adhesive Silicone Breast Forms 8XL Fake Big Boobs Crossdresser Use
•2800 gram size only (I tried looking for the 2400 gram size with this company but couldn’t find it)
•same company: IVITA
•rounder, more natural shape but less concave on the back in larger sizes above 1800 grams and point forward more
•more projection than more expensive forms, but they look pretty good for cheaper forms.
Thanks. ❤️
Ps.
I'm looking forward to crossdress I'm looking for all tips on everything I need to wear thank you for your video 💋
Please help me too
❤❤
Oh, the EMBARRASSIKENT when on a warm day, I reached for something on an upper shelf in the supermarket and 1 fell out down the dress onto the floor, right by checkout...
Can relate lol
"Just keep in mind the type of tape you're using."
So like... not duct tape? 😜
Seriously, this video has been so helpful and informative. Thank you. 🙂

I use singel-layer for daily and 3 layer when sleeping.
instead of water balloon try filling the balloon (or anything else) with slime..
Not everyone like me drives a car to get there
How old are you
