@@talkfootballty2025 Disaster indeed! I seriously cannot tell what Maresca is thinking. He plays Disasi as an RB, inverts Cucurella as a winger who does nothing in attack but to pass back all game, plays Nkunku as a striker even though in every press conference he says he’s NOT a striker, and changed Palmer’s position second half to play on the left (when he did this, I knew the game was over). I’m seriously considering Chelsea changing their tactics by abandoning possession football and switch to counter attack as we played against Brighton. We score more goals that way. We just pass, pass, pass, and cross (to who? Nkunku!?), and teams have figured us out. I even forgot that Maresca coached Leicester City in the championship and he played against Ipswich a number of times, meaning Ipswich manager must be familiar with Maresca’s tactics. Also, did you watch Man City’s recent game against Leicester? Bottom table Leicester City had 54% possession and Man City had 46%. First time in history Pep abandoned his possession tactic he employs in every single match, but he did this and got a 2-0 win because he knows he is weak when dealing with transitions. Anyways, happy new year in advance and I look forward to your content in 2025.
We just lost to Ipswich 🤦♂️. Looking forward to the analysis
@@shiloh2001 what is there to analyze in that game a sloppy penalty and Disasi Disasterclass
