I know the only reason both Hertas have voice lines for each other is because they work well together (both erudition) and there's lore that her puppets can be autonomous, but I kinda hoped there would be similar voicelines for DHIL and Fugue and their 4* counterparts
Her ENG VA is surprisingly interesting to my ears... I can't describe the timbre of her voice, but it sounds nice. Too bad the other characters got muted.
When you team Madam Herta with Himeko, she's got something to say (I forgot what she said), but when you team Himeko in with Herta, she doesn't say anything. 😕 Is it because her EN VA got some.. issues or something?
The VA strike is the reason why. It's going to take awhile for Himeko to have her voice lines in. Heck, even Dan Heng is still not voiced yet due to this strike.
