Hey.. how's it going? Have they gotten out yet? I've had a very similar experience so I know how you feel! I've had two friends that don't know each other go to a mental hospital (at different times) and one was my best friend. I was so sad.. they were both in there for a long time and I was worried about them. But they seem so much better and happier from coming out, so I'm glad it helped them! Just know that you aren't alone and your friends are thinking about you and the hospital is going to help them feel better! Both of my friends were always feeling very very bad (you probably know what I mean) and I didn't know how to help. My best friend just came out a few weeks ago and she is so much happier and I'm so thankful to see a smile on her face. So just rememeber that they are getting the help they need and this will help them recover! (If they haven't come out yet and are still recovering in the hospital) the best thing you can do is be there for them 100% and show them you care and they matter to you! I hope this helped you somehow! You're not alone. 💞💗

The other not so much since we never see each other and honestly both their new friend and our old friends are kinda shity. but you stay safe along with your friends. I doubt you are 100% okay but I hope you know, yes you, that everything has it's ups and downs. message we all need to hear
