I think BET explained it best in their Black Panther TV series... if you came up to their city to cause trouble(like the Boer explores in the first episode) you got fucked up. No hiding, no camo shield... they just fucked you up or told you to leave and if you didn't... then fucked you up.
I mean the only time I ever trust rotten Tomatoes was for Batman under the Red Hood. which has a hundred percent on it and it totally deserve that ranking because of this one of the best anime films all time
