Wonderful! I have a problem on writing reports. I want so much to write perfect reports with 100% formal structures and fancy verb tenses that I end up having way to much words. I cannot keep it simple. What would you do?
There is not much you can do. One of the requirements is to stay within the word limit, so you simply have to keep your writing shorter. No fancy tricks here, sorry. :)

It's not clear if the request from the manager is sent out to every member, then ideally, following the logic from the video, everyone would be doing a similar survey amongst the rest of the members. Either, that implies not surveying the others, but collecting personal (opinion) from each member for the club management.
If the task doesn't say that it was sent to every member, it was only sent to you. Make sure you don't interpret or overthink things in the questions. The information in the task is all that matters. And following your logic, why would they ask hundreds all of their members to do the same survey? They would only get the same result from each one. :)
@@teacherphill I just understood it from these words in the assignment: "I'm writing to ALL members of the active leisure club to thank YOU for YOUR custom... Please send a short report to us, telling us what YOU think... We also want to hear YOUR suggestions..." In this case, yes, it's probably weird to try to poll other club members yourself. A report usually has a title, but it doesn't need to be anything special.

Do you have to write a report in B2 first for schools?
No, in B2 for Schools you can choose to write a story if you want, but there is no report writing task.
