🌼💖🌼💖🌼💖Herzlichen Dank, Herr Pau NG für das TOLLES und WUNDERVOLLES Symphonie!!!🖌 Prächtig Bild und Tolles Video!!!💐🌹💐🎉🎉🎺👑🥂🍾🍾🎁 Viele liebe Grüße! 🎻🎹 🌟🦋 Tolle Darbietung des Werk! 🎀🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🍹🍨🎺🎻🌞😙
Obviously Darmstadt is very proud of him. Their city document says, " The joy of making music prevails in his symphonies as well as ingenuity in the building of form and in the shaping of musical thoughts." We can hear it, can't we? 💖🎶📯
@@tombeton9300 Yes, I know. This seems to happen at " tourist information " anywhere. 🙄 I found the abovementioned sentence in the Stadtlexikon of Darmstadt. I checked their Tourist Office website, and you are right, my search for " Johann Samuel Endler " came back with the words, " Keine Ergebnisse gefunden." ( No results found ) Ah, well, let's enjoy our privilege to know his delightful music, shall we?
"Installed ... as an alto singer and violinist". A composer too! We don't see such a combination of talents now, or we don't hear of them. We should resist any tendency to condescend to the past.
I didn't know this composer. Maybe he was pupil of Bach in Leipzig? The use of trumpets Is quite baroque but the Symphony sounds in some section early Classic.
No, Endler was in Leipzig before Bach. Graupner met Endler during in Leipzig. Graupner was auditioning for the position that had been opened by the death of Johann Kuhnau. Graupner must have invited Endler to move to Darmstadt and the Landgrave Ernst Ludwig (Graupner's employer) hired him. Endler is an great composer. Sadly there is evidence that there had been some loss of Endler's music (e.g. incomplete manuscripts). And you are correct about Endler being closer to the classical style. Endler's writing for trumpets and horns is really great, more so than Graupner I think.
@@telemannNnyc Endler's style for me is completely baroque, contrapuntal and very virtuous with the trumpets, totally different from classical composers who used bronzes as a harmonic support and without prominence. Endler's "symphonies" are actually multi-movement orchestral Suites, not classical symphonies.
@@h.k9697 Well it is great that you enjoy Endler's music. But we know historically that the evolution of the symphony occurred in different ways, in different places, and at different rates of change. And that that pace of change could be very different even within the same city: much as it occurred in Darmstadt. For example, compare the difference of style between Graupner and Endler. They were writing at the same time, at the same court, even though they had similarities, but they also had quite a few differences. For example, for me, Endler's use of concertante instruments in movements is closer to the Classical style (particularly F. J. Haydn), than to the baroque.
Absolutamente divino !! Que música más hermosa con trompeta barroca . Endler , la joya de Darmstadt . Bravo !! ❤

I was in Darmstadt years ago. Neither Endler nor Graupner were known at the tourist information (!). One cannot speak of pride there.

Sehr üppig barocke Trompeten in einer edlen Symphonie zu einem Meisterstück komponiert!
Mira la nota que te tenías guardada! Menudo regalo me has dado!
I would like to comment in a musical technical way, but my heart says no! so I just say, beautiful symphony!

Bella musica! Ogni complimento verso di lei è insufficiente ad elogiare un lavoro di divulgazione che definire encomiabile è davvero poca cosa!
