My personal critique of the level:
The first two themes are by far the best part of the level. The first theme is clear and it goes well with the music, and although the 2nd theme is really compact it's still very sightreadable and fun to play. The collectibles are great and so is the sync. The Birthday Party theme is alright. It's slightly more complicated and messy, but it's not an issue, just a different style. But the Morning Dawn theme is where it's just overly complicated and hard to sightread, especially the mover combinations. The 1UP, Monster City, and "Apocalypse" themes are ok I guess. They're a bit empty and some tile placements look strange, but they're still pretty good. The last theme is better, but still doesn't top the quality of the beginning.
Overall, the level is a solid 8/10. One thing I suggest improving in the future is... to try making the theme selection more centralized, cuz what I've noticed in a lot of these levels is that the cameo themes are just.. very random. Even though I'm being overly critical, the Morning Dawn part is still REALLY good, and if every level was of this quality I'd be happy
