I have fzs v4 and during my second servicing they asked me to keep the book with them so as asked by mechanic i deposited my bike and servicing book as well at service center which is located at malakpet moosaram bagh opposite capital hotel so when taking bike after servicing they did not provided me my book and blamed me i lost it and in my next servicing i should he charged for the book as it is missing days gone by and i was in the servicing center for it again and saw another case with another guy same as i suffered and he charged him for loosing book i was shocked and these scams are happening under this big brands nose when i disputed and shouted at mevhanic who kept my book he called servicing manager and he assured me he will not charge me for book i will definitely report it to higher authorities if i am charged until my free servicing ends
