    thanks for talking about/domonstrating the speed saturated torque controller

      You're welcome! It's a fairly simple idea that has many applications. Thank you for being part of the community!

      @jasonwattsae you should talk your dad into doing a livestream with you. That would be epic.

      I was just thinking about how I could set it up. Like a podcast/interview style... he essentially doesn't have internet at his house 😆

    Thank You Jason for such a wonderful video. I was searching for information on winder from lot of days.. and now i found it

      I'm so glad it helped! There is a lot still to do to get a fully working winder out of this code, but this covers the core. Thank you for taking part in this community!

      Can you also make a video on Winder with dancer control. Or how can we control the motor in which we have a load cell on the load side and we want to control the torque on the load

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  9 месяцев назад +1

      @bhushandandge4272 yeah, this goes a long with PID. I am actually at a roofing plant right now working on a Dancer and load sharing on a whole line!

    Due to timezone/schedule differences I will probably never join live, but I want to thank you in advance for all the content.

      @@jasonwattsae I'm cental european time. But as soon as you have some donation system enabled I will use it. perfect thing would be some more direct payment vendor. like paypal. I hate giving money to google or similar, they are filthy rich already. but it's up to you. Last year I spent thousands on siemens thraining and it's a pity your content wasnt around at the time. I'm about to start consuming the knowledge here and I always like to give back to the creators.

      @@jasonwattsae I'm central european time. But that is just a simple excuse. the real reason is I only manage the training on weekends and sometimes not even that. So it will take time to consume the content here, but from what I see its all dead on what I need. Even after I already spent thousands on siemens training.

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  9 месяцев назад +1

      I am not sure how the training is in Europe, but in the US it is pretty thin in "mentorship" just because it is so application specific. I love talking about all this stuff. As I mention on stream I actually run a company that if you would be interested in customized training we could provide that. However, Alpha is very profitable and my goal with this channel is to be a good steward of what I have been blessed with by helping anyone who wants to learn.
      Memberships and donations are enabled and currently are the best way to support the channel because while in general I am with you with supporting Google, but as memberships grow, the monetization algorithm will start to put this channel into more feeds. Think of it as paying for SEO on RUclips...lol

    If your dad is Randy then he taught me a lot with what little time I was around him.

    around 2:14:40 you ask about drop the var into the ladder, the easy way it's slip the windows, so you can drag and drop.. more fast also it's start to write the code in SCL

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  9 месяцев назад +1

      That's a good tip!
      I definitely use SCL in my code. I try to avoid it in a lot of this channel is because there are a lot of people that use LAD as their only language. If you are using SCL you will be able to see what I am doing and convert it. If you are only used to looking at LAD it is more difficult to understand the logic when it is in SCL.

    Wow. Im speachless that I found your channel. keep it going! And I dont see any donate options.

      @jasonwattsae  9 месяцев назад

      I got approved for the YT partner program last week, but spent all my time working in customer plants. I should have everything live this week so that you can support the community directly.
      In the meantime your comments and likes go a long way to get the channel out to others! Thank you!

    How to use diameter cal and PIC block in DCC chart ?

    • @jasonwattsae
      @jasonwattsae  11 месяцев назад

      If you haven't already, watch the livestream from a few weeks ago on DCC. Then also look at the "bonus content" at the end of the S71200 Overview Livestream. I go over almost everything for the diameter calc in both of those sections.
      Let me know if something is still missing!

      ruclips.net/user/liveHBIININ8JPI?feature=share
      That has most of the info. Then the next livestream (1200 overview) has more info at the end.

    You don't like scale x norm x?)))
