I'm praying for you! I know this isn't the same kind of struggle, but I struggled with food addiction for yrs. I prayed and prayed but would always turn back to it and feel the guilt and shame. What finally changed for me was when I was reading about how David would praise his way out of depression. He would get hyped up by glorifying God. So I started doing it. I started thanking God in advanced for the victory. Saying aloud speaking over myself "Thank you Jesus for breaking the chains of food addiction", "I have the will power of Christ", and when I was tempted "Lord, I can't do it but JESUS CAN!"
I actually gained newfound respect for him recently when he showed up to the scene of his sons recent arrest for drunk driving. He handled it with calm, poise, and true professionalism all the while being respectful to the officers and making his son realize he must accept consequences for his actions. Wish him well on his journey of faith if this brings him comfort and peace.

This is extremely powerful. I grew up in Florida and have been a wrestling fan for 50 years or so (anybody remember Rugged Ronnie Garvin or Gordon Solie. My friends and family used to go watch the Hulkster wrestle back at the height of Wrestlemania. Never in my life did I think I would see this. This is extremely powerful. I grew up in Florida and have been a wrestling fan for 50 years or so (anybody remember Rugged Ronnie Garvin or Gordon Solie. My friends and family used to go watch the Hulkster wrestle back at the height of Wrestlemania. Never in my life did I think I would see this. It is incredible, and his straightforward testimony and prayer is one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. And it only took 40 years!
Im a 49 year old man who grew up loving Hulk as a kid. Bo Duke, Hulk Hogan, and acouple other athletes. After seeing the hatred from so many towards Hogan over the last several years. It makes me tear up reading all the kind, caring comments. It makes me feel so good that so many can accept that a man can change AND DESERVES a second chance. I have never ever touched alcohol or drugs or smoked cigarettes in my life nor eaten fast food takeaways or drinken fizzy drinks or anything that has sugar in it I was brought up with my Christian grandparents who showed me the path in living aye healthier lifestyle and working out alot and training dramatically it helps me find my inner strength and peace and to help others in need and especially my wife of 16yrs and beautiful twins im greatful and humbled on how far I have come I am now 38😊 and I thank God for that thee almighty one🙏🙌👏

I have to say...seeing my childhood hero become a Christian is the best thing I've ever experienced in life to date. I'm 45 now and still love Hulkamania. But to know Terry is fully embracing Christianity now makes me smile from ear to ear. We all make mistakes but God forgives us as many times as we ask for forgiveness and it's so good to see him in this stage of life. I'm quite sure I'll never meet him on this side of Heaven, but I'm now certain to meet him in Heaven one day and it will be so glorious!! My wife and I were honeymooning at the time & that was a treat I never would have expected in a million years. ...Would love to see Hulk stand up and testify in person.

Baptism does not change a mans heart the heart must be transformed first! Baptism is only a commitment without the spirit nothing changes. God does not work with feelings the devil does. We shall see if Hogan truly picks up his cross and follows Christ and leaves the world of fame and fortune behind him! A man of faith does not advertize it around his neck. A man of true faith advertizes it in his actions and character.

He seems pretty genuine. Of course time will tell if he's serious, but he never claimed that his baptism saved him. He believed, and he eventually got baptized as a public expression of his commitment.
