My plot is near ganga. On digging for 3 feet water seeps thru. I had filled it with sand for 4 feet and again topped it with normal soil for 2 feet. My plot is 2 feet above top level of newly constructed road.

I want to ask you what should be the size of beams for a residential house, (stilt + 3 floors to be constructed) Stilt beam size, 1st floor beam size, 2nd floor beam size and 3rd floor beam size. The size of the plot is 160 sq. yard. (25' x 59'). Also can we cast the slab on first floor onward without laying the beams..
