For those who don't have a sticker machine: -print or draw on a piece of paper your design -Cut it out -Get a piece of parchment paper (not wax paper, as it is SOO hard to peel back) and cut it out a little bigger than the paper you drew/printed -put a piece of packaging tape and lay it in top of the parchment paper -place the drawing/print on top -place another piece of tape on top -then cut it out leaving space so the tape can stick Then when you are ready to use it, peel back the parchment paper!!

I have the other die cutter on the market. Everything with die cutters is expensive. Not to mention, they are super easy to get the hang of. I’ve had my Silhouette for 4 years and I’m still learning a lot. Plus, if you don’t have a scanner or drawing pad, making stickers takes a lot more steps.
my friend taught me how to make stickers!! draw the thing out (scan it if you want/can so you could just print it out as you see fit). cut them out. now you’ll need parchment paper and packaging tape. layer parchment paper, tape (facing DOWN so sticking on the parchment paper), drawing, then a layer of tape (again, facing down). remove any air bubbles and then cut them out! it isn’t quite the same (can’t really write on them unless you find some sort of tape or use double sided tape once although i haven’t tried that) but they’re stickers none the less
1. Print out pic of stickers 2. Put a piece of clear tape on parchment paper 3. Put sticker on parchment 4. Put another piece of clear tape on top 5. Cut out sticker and peel off parchment paper when used

Late reply, sorry! But you can use parchment paper and double sided tape! Draw or trace your design on the parchment paper, stick it to one side of the tape, and cut it out. When you want to use it, peel off the other side of the tape and stick it down. Bam. Cheap DIY stickers. On a side note, if you wanna put a protective layer over the top, packing tape does wonders, as long as it doesn't bubble. Hope this helps!
ClxudFairy you can get used ones or machines made by other brands for cheaper. They use sensors to cut your stickers out with really good precision that you probably won’t get by hand. It’s worth it if you want that effect, especially if you’re going to sell them 🤷♀️
Juliette Vanhove it makes good quality stickers tho. You could also just cut out your designs and use double sided tape. Also it is technically diy since she drew everything herself and it’s her own handwriting.

For the 2nd method it actually depends on the printer, as I tried myself it didn’t work. But it worked fine for my cousin.
Kinda sucks you need an expensive piece of machinery for this, it would have been nice to include some cheaper alternatives. Edit: Or just change the title to clarify that the only method shown uses the Cricut. Something like "How to Make Stickers with a Cricut!" so people don't feel mislead.
I agree, but I bet you could somehow print something on sticker paper and cut it out with scissors. The only downsides would be that it would take longer and it would probably be nearly impossible to keep all the stickers on the same sheet so it'll be harder to peel them off 😕

How funny, that I came across this video today, I always wanted to make my own stickers I have so many stickers in my cart on Etsy but Before I placed the order, I said what the heck let me try making my own, just ordered some sticker paper and I’ve been playing around with my computer and printer trying to figure out the perfect size for my stickers to fit my planner and I printed out a bunch of them and I have a paper cutter (didn’t pay more than $6 for it) And voila I made my own stickers. And for the paper I paid $7 for 30 sheets I can make a bunch more, I will not be placing that on Etsy anymore. It definitely works, scissors work as well but it takes more time, good luck. No need no expensive machine.
Ive had a cricut explore for about 2yrs and because theres so much u can do, it can be so overwhelming. I have barely dabbled in all it can do but i am SO happy to see u have gotten into it! I've never had a circuit and probably never will. Just not my craft area BUT kept watching just because I was totally mesmerized by your mad calligraphy and drawing skills! Wow! If I could write and draw like that I wouldn't bother with stickers in my personal journal. I'd use a journal with raw paper and draw and write directly on it to give it an antique classic look. Great, Amazing skill!
For kiss cuts on sticker paper, i've had great luck with using the custom cutting pressure for "washi tape" that you can search for in the settings when choosing the type of material you're cutting with. Hope that helps!

For those who don't have a sticker machine:

i think you just need sticker paper and a printer
Or draw directly on sticker label paper. N seal it with transparent tape on the top to get the shiny effect n protect it a lil from wear and tear.
