I also like Joe, considering how long they were together compared to her previous relationships, I would say he made her really happy and if things didn't work out it was probably for a good reason. I'm not sure why it ended between them exactly but I think it was an amicable breakup so we Swifties shouldn't be hating on him, he is a great guy and now she is happy again with another great guy. At the time when they met she was going through a lot with social media and celebrity drama and her life being so out in the public and everyone judging so I think her relationship with Joe was perfect at that point for her because they kept everything very private and she finally got some peace and happiness and love during those 6 lovely years. During that time of her life, he was what she needed and what made her happy but it's natural that what people need and makes them happy over time changes. They probably wanted different things and that's why they broke up. Now with Travis they are happy and in love and they can be very public about their relationship, he is comfortable with all the paparazzi and I think that nowadays that is what she needs, she no longer needs to hide her relationship like it's something bad and she can be happy and in love out in the open. Trust me people with real jobs and life wouldn’t go after him. Some fans forget their boundaries and think of the breakup songs as an message by Taylor to go after someone. Because of these toxic swifties Taylor and fans, who are not participating in any hate train, get bashed. Sadly, he will get hate and we can do nothing about it, so I will not go to social media and just enjoy her music.
I honestly don't even regard them as swifties. I believe those who hate without any real meaning shouldn't be called swifties after how much hate Taylor Swift gets just for breathing. Because of them actual swifties get so much hate. And i totally love Joe too. People be hating him just cuz he's her ex but don't forget he was with her when no one else was, even many of these so called swifties. I also like Joe, considering how long they were together compared to her previous relationships, I would say he made her really happy and if things didn't work out it was probably for a good reason. I'm not sure why it ended between them exactly but I think it was an amicable breakup so we Swifties shouldn't be hating on him, he is a great guy and now she is happy again with another great guy. At the time when they met she was going through a lot with social media and celebrity drama and her life being so out in the public and everyone judging so I think her relationship with Joe was perfect at that point for her because they kept everything very private and she finally got some peace and happiness and love during those 6 lovely years. During that time of her life, he was what she needed and what made her happy but it's natural that what people need and makes them happy over time changes. They probably wanted different things and that's why they broke up. Now with Travis they are happy and in love and they can be very public about their relationship, he is comfortable with all the paparazzi and I think that nowadays that is what she needs, she no longer needs to hide her relationship like it's something bad and she can be happy and in love out in the open. Both are great men and they deserve all our respect and support.
