I found this helpful. Thank you. I'm a tile setter. We are adding this technique as an option to customers. Testing this now. I have a few questions. Why the tape if your removing it before sanding? I have seen others cut the tenax with a razor as its setting up. No Tape. Then finish with light sand. Im finding 120 sandpaper is scratching the hard porcelain tile. Like everything it always looks easy watching a pro. Mixing and matching colour is a skill on its own. The look is worth the effort.
Steve R was straight outta the pub and roped into a “demo” as the original Tenax Guy was stuck in traffic, he said afterwards “ I havent used the term ‘a crock o grey’ in my usual delivery, but theres time”.
Awesome stuff, Steve seems like a great guy and teacher!
Steve is brilliant.
Great video! Thanks
That was amazing I had no idea.been paying for trim all these years.
The product keeps falling out of my mitres after i try to cut and sand the excess back. This is very helpful, I’ll use these tips tomorrow at work..

My tiler tenax all my tiled areas some has turned yellow? It’s meant to be light grey? How do I fix this?

You're using polyester. Not epoxy.
