My Orthodontist suggested me to use Twin Block.
Do you think it would be effective at my age?

On the bite blocks topic ...is it a must the block of the upper be placed posteriorly while the lower counterpart placed anteriorly ? ...and again the angles ...does it depend on the class to be corrected or the direction doesn't matter?

You repeat one concept 4 5 times in a flow with chunks missing each time you pitch it (if you want you can check your transcript) so the entire concept becomes jumbled.

there is no requirement for tooth preparation for a twin block as per my knowledge

Thank your for your dedication to teach . Excellent teaching video. I just want to ask about the expansion of upper arch. the activation of jackscrew is done on a regular manner 2 turns twice a week? In that way what will happen to the lower arch, and will the incline planes contact not affected by the expansion of maxilla?
