Yep, you got it. He shot the greedy egotistical self that could get out of balance and hurt his creative everyday self. At this time, Suga still had not had surgery on his left shoulder, which was injured while he was a delivery guy as one of his part-time jobs before he was training, or maybe early in his training, with BTS. When you see the upcoming Permission to Dance, you'll probably see that his shoulders are down, his neck is long, and he doesn't need to hold his head forward anymore, because he's had the surgery and his pain and movement limitations are gone, and he's been doing physiotherapy to recover full strength and range of motion. Bringing this up because you are very sensitive to movement and dance. Suga has said he wants a dance from Jimin. Jimin has said he wants a song from Suga. As an American I disagree with your comment that they need to be in Hollywood. Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE) has some super talented people making these videos and they need to stay true to their country! There is so much talent coming out of South Korea that the U.S. can't match. The U.S. music industry needs to take notice of what's coming out of South Korea and up their standards of what entertainment should be. Have you watched one of the music award shows yet? MMA and MAMA awards show are 1000 times better than any awards show here. Check out some of those award show performances that BTS has done and you will be very impressed. Asian entertainment really has set the bar high! They're amazing!

I respectfully disagree that the creative team of BTS working on these projects ‘needs to be in Hollywood’ or that ‘they are not working at their full potential’ just because it’s not Hollywood. They are exactly where they should be. The idea that everything that is good has to exist in the west or Hollywood by default is just not it. Not to forget how Asian talents in any field of work (off or on camera) almost never get the same treatment and opportunity to shine in any part of western entertainment industry. Even BTS as big as they are, is still fighting through this system. These genius people are part of the team that gives us the extraordinary content of BTS. I doubt they will get the same exposure elsewhere that they are getting with BTS. I am Asian and we are living through this everyday so I had to point out the reality. Not offense to you, man. Little late catching your review but thought I’d mention a few things. Daeshwita is traditional music played for royal functions during the Joseon period, which seems to be the setting. I believe the music you hear in the background is an example. Suga is descended from a royal family in reality, which is pretty cool. Kings could absolutely not have scars on their faces, so the fact he had a prominent scar is interesting.
I think these camera operators and directors of these kpop music videos are better than Hollywood. Hollywood should take notes from the Korean music video creators.

At this time, Suga still had not had surgery on his left shoulder, which was injured while he was a delivery guy as one of his part-time jobs before he was training, or maybe early in his training, with BTS. When you see the upcoming Permission to Dance, you'll probably see that his shoulders are down, his neck is long, and he doesn't need to hold his head forward anymore, because he's had the surgery and his pain and movement limitations are gone, and he's been doing physiotherapy to recover full strength and range of motion. Bringing this up because you are very sensitive to movement and dance. Suga has said he wants a dance from Jimin. Jimin has said he wants a song from Suga. (What I want is a song from Suga that Jimin choreographs that they both perform together. LOL.)

Suga’s is a fan-favorite. Suggest you see all three BTS rappers in RUclips video of Cypher 1 thru 4, and you will understand all their differences. Now to Deachwita - the video and visuals (with Suga playing the mad king and Agust-D the rapper) were outstanding, and Agust-D/Suga is the only one who could come up with the creation and pull it off. Greatest rapper I’ve seen, - such a unique way with words, execution and rap-performance. Then have to admire his humor, his wit and creativity. He created story and produced video. The company put GENIUS on his studio office door (instead of his name), and is so fitting. He is truly admired.

This is one of my favorite videos. You are correct when saying they are like movies. BTS are some of the most talented guys and what I love is individually they are all so different. Their uniqueness I believe is what makes them so successful. You get something different from all of them.

As an American I disagree with your comment that they need to be in Hollywood. Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE) has some super talented people making these videos and they need to stay true to their country! There is so much talent coming out of South Korea that the U.S. can't match. The U.S. music industry needs to take notice of what's coming out of South Korea and up their standards of what entertainment should be. Have you watched one of the music award shows yet? MMA and MAMA awards show are 1000 times better than any awards show here. Check out some of those award show performances that BTS has done and you will be very impressed. Asian entertainment really has set the bar high! They're amazing!
I think he means by like directing bigger things, because I 100% with you about the Asian industry setting the standards so high. But it would be cool to see what they would do with a western based product.

I respectfully disagree that the creative team of BTS working on these projects ‘needs to be in Hollywood’ or that ‘they are not working at their full potential’ just because it’s not Hollywood. They are exactly where they should be. The idea that everything that is good has to exist in the west or Hollywood by default is just not it. Not to forget how Asian talents in any field of work (off or on camera) almost never get the same treatment and opportunity to shine in any part of western entertainment industry. Even BTS as big as they are, is still fighting through this system. These genius people are part of the team that gives us the extraordinary content of BTS. I doubt they will get the same exposure elsewhere that they are getting with BTS. I am Asian and we are living through this everyday so I had to point out the reality. Not offense to you, man. I am just going to be realistic and say, Someone’s reaction to an issue depends on the effect it has on them directly. It’s a rather a sensitive topic for various reasons and this was my opinion based on my own experience of it. And my comment was not an attempt to attack him. I like him and his reactions, and I know he meant it as a complement.
Little late catching your review but thought I’d mention a few things. Daeshwita is traditional music played for royal functions during the Joseon period, which seems to be the setting. I believe the music you hear in the background is an example. Suga is descended from a royal family in reality, which is pretty cool. Kings could absolutely not have scars on their faces, so the fact he had a prominent scar is interesting.
I think these camera operators and directors of these kpop music videos are better than Hollywood. Hollywood should take notes from the Korean music video creators.
