Good score. Thats a fine looking rifle. I wouldn't have thought an Enfield with all the wood could be bought that cheap especially in that good condition.
I bought 2 no.1 Mk 3 with sling, magazine, bayonet with sheath and frog from Ishpur, India for $50.00 each in exelant condition made in 1960. I have one no. 1 MK3 WITH 1907 BAYONET and sheath London Arms. Found in the back of an abandoned store painted black. Broke it down cleaned and removed the paint. Excellent weapon.
That is a nice Royal Tiger rifle no matter what grade. For a C grade I am thinking that the gatherer got it from the wrong rack. That is a fine looking rifle ! I have not had the best luck with Royal Tiger Imports.
It's really a gamble with them and I lucked out minus the bayonet lugs being gnarled. I'm sure my B Grade M48a arriving today will be a real disaster though haha.
Looks pretty good for a C grade. Definitely got what you paid worth in parts. Especially your front sight protectors. Those are made by savage and aren't easy to find.
Thats one hell of a nice C grade for 200 bucks. About the best or better than anything else you can expect in the milsurp world these days. I just got a Carcano Cavalry carbine from 1941 from J&G in pretty nice shape for the same price. That's about the lot for what's available out there. I'd say you scored a luck with this one. Would be real interested to see the M48...
looks like a winner! hope it shoots ok , please let us know , the no4 did not have a staking swivel and if the wood is correct it has the modified "hung" trigger it should be marked no4 mk 2 or mk3 , but even for parts its well worth $199
@@capone5 hi the no4 and no5 should be marked on left side of the receiver, it will probably be marked (FTR) and the conversion is most likely done at ROF fazakerley , the marking is usually electro pencil engraved and quite lightly done , if the finish has been remover it may make it very hard to see, may be some dark crayon rubbed on and off to try to show it up
Thsts why they are 199 the barrels are shot out and that thing will shoot five feet high or low and key hole but if u needed a stock or parts its a good buy or just a wall hanger
DC3 that is the best looking C grade from RTI ever. That bore is not to bad looking let's see how it dose at the range. I subed ya too. THANKS for showing RUSTY
That looks pretty good from here. How's the barrel inside? My 1918 Infield look worse than that I cleaned the bor nice and shiny With gun cleaner paste works good. All that good deal😅
I think they are unit markings. I actually used to do ddr reenacting at one point in my life and a former East German messaged me on instagram and sent it to me.
$227 that could have been put toward an excellent condition rifle with a perfect bore. Instead of the shot out, goat shed rifle that had to be fumigated to be imported.
I like the RTI goat shed beater guns because you can use them as a beater gun that came out of a goat shed and not feel bad about abusing it. I also do a bit of reenacting and airsoft with blankfire, nice to have cheap beater guns for stuff like that.
@@capone5as a reenactor as well I second this. Nice to have a cheap beater that shoots blanks to keep the nice ones in the safe at home. These B and C grades have also allowed a lot of young people to enter the hobby at a cheaper price point than buying a Mauser or Enfield for more than what their entire uniform and basic costs.
Yes, you can order to an FFL and do a 4473, or if you are an 03 ffl holder like my self you order it to your house and enter it in your bound book per atf regulation.

A rare nice rifle from RTI. You done good!
That was a VERY nice rifle for being a C grade (minus the bore) which is honestly expected. You lucked out
I really did. After a dozen patches and some fresh bore brushes it is looking a bit better. I'll find out how good it is at 100yds In a few days.
That's a very decent shape Lee Enfield for the price !

Totally i feel very lucky. Also Check out the M48, I uploaded the video on Friday. It's not bad.
Great fun!!! Thanx!
Bore contion is everything! Otherwise, it is a wall hanger or a source of parts for a good barreled action.
I've put over 100 rounds through it. It's not amazing. But it does a decent job removing watermelons at 100 yds
Agreed. When you buy milsurp your paying for bore condition. But with RTI I'm happy as long as no keyholes
Nice video, I’ll be ordering one soon!
For Royal Tiger that is a Gem...

It's an ok shooter. It's not going to win any comps. I was thinking it could be a mk2 but where it should say that it's blank.

Good parts gun if your trying to rebuild one back that's been sporterized
Despite the sewer pipe bore its not a bad shooter.
Man, you got a hell of a deal with that rifle. Mine was a B grade enfeild and was A LOT worse then that. And more expensive...
Press the button!!
criterion barrels makes nice replacement barrels..... if you can find a gunsmith to install it for a decent price.

Surprisingly, at 100 yards, this does not keyhole. The tightest groupings were not impressive, but all hit on a torso sized target.
Good thing you can rebarrel a no4 for around $300
Everyone should have at least this rifle in their homes for self defence no matter what country you live in . Never rely on the police
get a chamber cast done... to insure it's STILL in proper headspace...
I used a no go gauge. She's good to go. 100+ rounds so far.

I have a video of it shooting. Groupings are not great at 100 yards. But no keyholes

Im getting tired of people getting C graded guns that are better than my high grade "hand selected" guns. Is my luck THAT bad!?
It's because RTI is a gun casino haha
If it's not shot out/ bad rifling it's a good deal

I have no idea. The Ethiopian wire wheel man got to it.
