This exact same thing happened to my nephew in Montgomery Alabama. His friends picked him up from home, hog tied him, beat him , shot him 3 times in the head and dumped him in an open field. But that's how the gang life works people get jealous of one another I've seen it happen. Then they see a nigga blowing and having money they will try to punk them. Wow I read the 16 page court doc . It doesn’t look good for Melly . The driver claimed the drive by was on the right side but both victims fatal shot entered on the left & was in close range . The road he claimed the drive by happened on was actually closed off at the time but it was searched anyway & nothing was found .. as far as the driver I don’t know how he’s being charged with Murder accessory for sure but how much was done out of fear.
