i think its pretty evident that the el primo skin will actually be patrick, given in that original movie scene, primo's mask is where patrick's starfish was, and the spongebob silhouette seems to have a weapon, which primo doesnt use
I think Hank would make better sense as a Plankton Skin since Hank is already a microscopic sea creature and is also controlling a machine. He could maybe be controlling the Chum Bucket as his tank, and instead of blowing a bubble, he could blow a big pile of chum. I also thought of Squeak Dirty Bubble Skin, or perhaps a Bubble Buddy Squeak skin, witch would be cool since Squeak doesn't have that many skins.

The four brawlers that remain without a hypercharge and their name starts with a c are Chuck Chester Carl and Clancy . Viewing the event announcement on different platforms i realised that the all Carl , Chester and Clancy are shown without a hypercharge icon next to their gadget one , which only leaves chuck so i am sure that he is the third confirmed brawler to get one
Mutations was the worst thing I've ever seen. It is the only gamemode to ever make me think "Oh, maybe quickfire isn't that bad!" Side note, WHY DOES QUICKFIRE KEEP GETTING PUT INTO RANKED???
