Bro how do you feel about Rylai’s Crystal Scepter? I use to build it on azir all the time, but build ive been looking up never mention it. The rational is that yes it doesent hit very fast but it slows people so they cannot escape the soldiers and with a high enough attack speed your melting them befor they leave your soldiers and then if they manage to leave a soldier you q and do it again. Maybe its bad but what are your thoughts?

How did you get nearly 800 ap with this build at 28 min i tried it on training and stacked gathering Storm the same amount but only got around 650
