dnxk kal it’s because the answer needs to be in terms of grams per dm3, and 1000cm3 is 1dm3. So she had the concentration in 25cm3, she multiplied by 4 to get the conc in 250cm3, then she multiplied by 4 to get 1000cm3 which is 1dm3. Hope this helps (:

Multiply by 10 to go from 25cm^3 to 250cm^3, and then by 4 to go from 250cm^3 to 1000cm^3
But you had already multiplied by 10 in the previous step?
