No - it’s not. The bottom sponge doesn’t touch the bottom of the bottle properly and the wire in there ends up touching the bottle (but wire don’t clean nothing)… also the wire is too weak and it breaks easily… I hate this design, I only buy it because it’s the only option at supermarkets, target etc
