My heart melts over vintage linens. Pairpoint glass is a favorite of mine. Thanks for the new tour of this antique mall.
You look fabulous in that outfit.
Excellent, informative presentation as usual!!! Thank you!! A big fan of your work and your channel!!!
I am traveling East Germany including Eisenach, Erfurt, Radebeul and Dresden, visited Meissen Museum yesterday! Thanks to you MaryBeth, I learned about the Meissen Porcelain through this channel and here I am! So Happy~
Viel Spaß! Lots to discover in East Germany. Dresden is our favorite. Happy to hear you are there! 🇩🇪
In 1980 to 1983 my husband (and family) were stationed in Nellingen, Germany. Never one to sit at home, my girlfriends and I would pile into the travel van and explore Germany. We made it to Dresden on one fine day and what a day of shopping, it was one for the books. The Mark was over 2.50 per $ during those days..I still have some of my statues and of course a fine coffee set. Thanks for all the information you share,
Lady Suzanne

Just a couple Goodwill finds in one trip!:
“Le Crueset” French onion soup with handle in CardInal red and in Provençal blue, 4 each @ $2.99 each.
Mini Cocottes with lids in Cerise red and in Provençal blue, 6 each @ $4.99 each.
3 Quart Round Dutch oven in Provençal Blue $6.99
I’d love to thrift the brasier (and will eventually).
Spode-1960’s Queens Bird-8 desert plates in near perfect condition…Spode has to be my favorite of all. Such majesty, like Queen Elizabeth II herself.
I didn’t want the video to end!!!!!
There was so much more I could have shared. K-T Antiques is full of treasures and design inspiration. Thanks for watching!
Hi lady Mary Beth ,it’s 9-50 pm in uk coming with you lv Ann🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for taking us. Very nice. 👍💕
I have both the 1960’s version of the Better Homes and Garden cookbook and my mother’s 1940’s edition. It has been my go to cookbook for decades and I have never had a failed recipe. Mom used to cut recipes from the magazines and tuck them into her cookbook….so much fun to find comments in her handwriting!
That lemonade set was beautiful. Lovely kitchen linens too. Great shop x
I have the 1974 edition cook book when I got married in Dec. 1974. Great store!
Another great video. Thanks for taking us along!
I am so happy you showed the square cake plate it's gorgeous and exactly what I am looking for. I just called they still have it and I bought it, I'm picking it up tomorrow. Thank you Mary Beth 😊
@@cynthiamcwhorter6721 Delighted to hear that you got the cake stand! 🎂 It’s a beauty!!!
I learn something new on every episode. I enjoy learning about American ware.
This store is so cute. I loved how they displayed everything. I loved that strawberry 🍓 plate! I also loved that you are so famous now that they have LMB’s choice stickers on their stuff!
KT Antiques has some hidden gems. Several viewers bought items seen in the video. Thanks for watching!
A beautiful shop once again . I love it . Such great pieces. ❤ Dominique
I would have bought the Le Creuset pots. The prices are sensational, the little Waterford clock would have ended up in my shopping basket and this great blue crystal juice pitchrs with the glasses made in Bohemia. Another inspiring shopping trip with the background information so typical of Mary Beth.
I love your picks, especially that Waterford decanter!
@@betsyward7915 My friend Marc is getting the decanter. Such a deal!
You are a class act to be made available to many, on RUclips.
Someone that is well educated and well traveled. Sharing your knowledge and design ideas; priceless. I just wish that I had more time to keep up more with your channel. As I have been so personally busy trying to get my own house together at age 63. Have to admit it’s tiring, because I don’t have the space that I used to have in my big old colonial house. I now have a 1950s ranch House that’s a fraction of the size, however I’m making everything work and I want to try to incorporate more of the early 60s late 50s contemporary motif as opposed to the Regency, American French Empire and Neo Classical that I had going on, before.
What a fabulous store! Thank you for sharing!
I have my mother's cookbook and used to know the pancake recipe by heart. Classic!
Wonderful Shop, so enjoyed the Strawberry Pieces 🍓
That piece around your neck is beautiful .also loved the blue cut to clear pitcher and glasses❤
This beautiful China Baroque pendant is made from 1930s Mason's "Bow Bells Blue". Lovely reminder of sweet friendship with this thoughtful gift.
Flattering dress today.
I have the BHG cookbook! Mom has the 1968 version (the year she married) but mine was an updated one when we got married in 1992. I still use it!
I have the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook as well. It belonged to my mother in law. I make the spaghetti and meatballs recipe!
Good morning LMB 🙋♀️ Enjoyed the video today, lots of nice items ❤😊 Have a great day 💗😊
@@emiliagarcia6868 Good morning from Nashville! ☀️
I’d use a silver pitcher as a unique Christmas “stocking “ they would look stunning hung from a stocking holder with candy canes and small Gifts
Love this idea! 🎄
@@LadyMaryBeth tie a beautiful red or green grosgrain ribbon hang from a stocking hanger ( I would use a lightweight silver pitcher) I think several would be fabulous
Great video
Really enjoy all your videos so much!
I have the 1968 cookbook, too ! It been well loved !
@@maryeller2379 Page 70 has my most used cake recipe. 🍍
Always so interesting.
I collect milk glass, so it's nice to see it displayed w other items. I'm definitely w you when it comes to crystal & silver. I adore it! Crystal is so beautiful when the light hits it just right. The linen & lace pieces were so pretty too. Although I don't need anything, I certainly saw several pieces I would love to have! 😉💖
I am with you on all the pretties. Hard to not take more home.
Enjoy your videos. I have learned so much from you!
Enjoyable visit with good ideas and nice finds!
Love your dress and stunning necklace.
Yeah. My favorite sunday afternoon activity😊
Absolutely gorgeous shop!❤
Great store, thanks for sharing stay safe and have a blessed day.
Like your mother, I too was married in 1968 and given The Better Homes and Garden Cookbook as a gift. Was also given a set of Corning Ware cookware and a set of the Pyrex Cinderella yellow nesting mixing bowls, all of which I am still using 56 yesrs later!
i LOVE the amber sandwich tray - living in Louisiana I need the fleur de lis!
You definitely need it! Pair with green and purple for Mardi Gras. 💜💛💚
I have that cookbook! Not sure what year. I make the apple pie 🥧 recipe every Thanksgiving
Apple Pie sounds delicious! 🥧
💕 that place
Hi Lady Mary Beth I love your video at K-T antique mall in Katy Texas I am not far away from there and by the way I have the Better Homes and Garden super snack from 1987 and the Betty Crocker's Picture Cook Book I think it's from 1950 I'm not sure cuz it doesn't have the page to show the date thank you for your video God bless you
I think of avocado and orange as “Brady” colors.
Definitely signature Brady Bunch colors.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Komisch, dass wir Milchglas nicht in Deutschland haben, nicht wahr?
Stimmt. Milchglas habe ich in Deutschland nie gesehen. Antik Glas findet man in vielen Farben.
You often state an item being “pressed glass.” Can you give a short explanation next time.😊
Will do!
Yes, i have 2 better homes and gardens cookbooks.
Lady Mary Beth, please immediately trademark you motto “Elevate Your Everday”! I have just read an article about Meghan Markle in the U.K. ‘s Daily Mail and she is planning on using that phrase for her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. She doesn’t have an original bone in her body and she is ripping off other people’s ideas in her efforts to rival Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop. Please be aware and take action to protect yourself. I’ve watched you for years and if Meghan gets ahold of your motto she’ll trademark it and then come after you. Please look into this right away, I’d hate to see you hurt.
@@lisageilhausen1866 Thanks for the heads-up. My trademark is already in the works.
@@lisageilhausen1866 By the way, a trademark can only be secured for a specific type of product or business. The phrase is used by a salt company for example. Meghan is not that original as you say.
Thank you so much for your replies and information. The article alarmed me and I immediately wanted to warn you. I LOVE your channel and like I said previously, I wouldn’t want you to be hurt in any way. Meghan is a well known plagiarist and never gives the credit to the person when due. She quoted Eleanor Roosevelt and tried to pass it off as her own thoughts! What nerve. Take care and hugs to you.
@@lisageilhausen1866 I appreciate you!
Great video.
Love all the information you give us, plus the price , I've certainly learnt many things since watching you.
I love your outfit in this video. You look lovely as always. I do have the cookbook. Thrifted of course.
Give me the alabaster grapes
As always, very enjoyable.
Thank You.
I have my Mom’s 1946 BHG Cookbook ❤️
Got the1968 edition for my wedding present from my mom. I still use it!
@@lanastone2211 The best edition! Glad that you use this tried and true cookbook. 👩🏼🍳
One of my favorite shops!!! Katy is a fun, easy day adventure for antiques and eats!
I knew you purchased the
Waterford when I did not see a sticker on it, I love the shape of that!!! What a fantastic store, its a beautiful showroom with everything displayed so beautifully. I love the square cake plate. I have my Mom's Silvercrest milk glass one that she received as a wedding gift but I think a square one would be great for a display and keep my eyes out for one of those. So much wonderful history in your videos, the time you put into them makes they a history lesson besides beautiful eye candy!
Can someone refer me to a crystal/ glass restoration service? I have pieces that are marred by water and plant resin spots. I have tried everything. Need a professional service in Texas. Thanks.
Featured in the Houston Resale Guide & Map, Texas Mercantile offers crystal repair. texassilvermercantile.antiquetrail.com
It’s such a lively decorated store. It makes it so nice to stay longer and look at each and every item offered.
Hi what was the brand on those clothes that you said
Umgee
Ohhhhh I love the apron in the window. I am trying to get some flow blue here in Tasmania, it is very hard to find here. I have the Better Homes and Garden new Cook Book, it isn't well known here in Australia, but I use it about once a month and I too use the pineapple upside down recipe in it.
Got to be the first one there!
@@lisageilhausen1866 Yay! Thanks for watching!
That raffiaware is amazing. I'd love that for my home in South America ❤❤❤
I have at least 7 clock cases. This segment rekindled my past ideas for them.
Wonderful field trip 👏 Thanks again 😊
Yes I do. Pineapple upside down cake is my favorite recipe. 🍰in a cast iron pan.
I visited this place this week for the first time. It is fun to "see" it with your eyes. 😊
Love the video and antiques but a little pricey
You are so lovely, enjoy your content…and your dress!
What does the letters NC on crystal stand for?
❤❤❤ My FAVORITE SHOP! ❤❤❤
Oh yes, I have my cookbook of years gone by. ❤
I have mine!
Outstanding video!!!❤❤❤
I will always love traditional designs. Love the mid century so much, though. Especially, mid century classic contemporary. Not necessarily MCM.
I am also traditional with design taste. Can add a few Mid-Century elements for an eclectic mix.
@@LadyMaryBeth absolutely! I mean, after all a real home, no matter what era, always had items that were handed down or gained through travel, family, marriage that was added to the older existing pieces. The home should tell the story of the homeowner. In my opinion, of course. Lol!
