Can you do the Soviet song "if you'll be lucky" Navy fleet song, where you are the captain or crew of one the ships in the red fleet while fighting an enemy fleet?
One of the few pre-war events that suggested the Red Army was a force to be reckoned with, not a 'rotting structure that would collapse once its door was kicked in'.
@@WarWojaks what was the point of this video though? Was ot to ridicule the soviet tankists or the japanese? In your mind who was khalin ghol worse for?
@@zhukov4009 This video isn't made to ridicule any side, but I personally think the Japanese suffered more because they weren't prepared for the tanks, thanks for supporting!
This should be top comment. Fuckin imagine your commissar tells you to charge forward and all you see are dudes screaming and running towards you full speed
@@matthewjanicki2932 Do you know the battle at Khalkhin Gol at all ? It was decisive Soviet victory. There were no suicidal charges by the soviets. There were also none on the eastern front
@@matthewjanicki2932 Assuming you're talking about Enemy at the gates, the idea that they relied on "human wave" tactics to win the war was debunked decades ago. The idea of human waves as a preferred Soviet tactic, or that they were used later in the war when the Soviets had the operational initiative, was in vogue during the Cold War because it made the Soviets look bad and because most English- language study of the Eastern Front was based on the writings of German officers. The Germans wanted their writings to give the impression that they had been defeated through sheer manpower rather than through fighting on many fronts, having crap logistics, having no clear idea of how to connect their strategic goals with operational planning, being stuck with a top commander who refused to authorize tactical or strategic withdrawals, and dedicating a lot of their own manpower to murdering Jews in the rear areas.which relied on frontal assaults to win the Russo-Japanese War at great cost in lives, and then went on to speed up its loss in many Pacific battles by throwing away troops in futile banzai charges. The banzai charge was only effective for them in China, where their opponents often only had rifles, but was stunningly unsuccessful against a peer opponent

The song has gained more popularity among modern russian tankers since the T-72 has only 3 crewmen
One of the best versions of this Song, I love it❤
