Also just to add when tensioning the spring (the plastic wheel cog you turned) look from the side of the blind and you will see a slot allowing this cog to be turned with a screwdriver, you can access this slot with the blind fitted.

Thanks for this simple and informative video.i have 3 blinds with this problem. Also my mossi blind on the top is the same.i presume they are fixed the same way.?????..kind regards ....ken
