Unfortunately, VALVE removed the switch that let you in before the map was released. You can just noclip it. But, there is an AMX plugin that can let you in the room. This is just for servers and it's up to the administrator to add it if they want to. Although inside the room, there is a trigger under the stairs that allows the door to open.

at 0.26 sec, I can able to see that u have laser device, top on the bugs or bottom of the bomb. How did u get that? What is the gun cheats.
