Hedgehogs do not thrive in human captivity. Hamsters are interesting, but you have to develop an interest in them. No animal will entertain you, you need to get entertained by it.

Mealworm is one of the worst things you can feed a hedgehog!! This is literally the cruellest video iv ever seen. They are solitary animals and should never be pets. How many uneducated folk are going to potentially kill hogs with mealworms now thinking they are feeding them? They should only be fed kitten or cat food.

I have years of experience with hedgehogs, and I have to disagree. Depending on the hedgehog, they love anything from chili dogs to onion rings! Not strawberry shortcake though. Very aggressive on that one.

Good for your garden because they eat pests. I tend to avoid getting rid of spiders in the house as well. Any creature that eats those nasty flying things is my friend.
