As a native spanish speaker I'm glad to see this. I love the idea of having options besides the multilingual decks from Lo Scarabeo or those made by Fournier (the classic and the new ones like El Tarot del Dios de Los Tres or El Tarot de Carlotydes) and I love much more this approach to our shared cultural heritage. Kuddos to US Games ...I hope to see more decks like this in the future. Btw, there are some mispelled cards: N°21 Bendiciónes (Bendiciones, without the accent mark) N°27 Retalbo (Retablo) N°38 Disfrazo (Disfraz, without that final "o") N°35 Tejados (Tejidos is a proper word for textiles. Actually, "tejados" means rooftops in spanish) Thank u so much for sharing this unboxing and my apologies for my shitty/crappy english.
I'm with you, wanting more Spanish Oracles and Tarot. But it should be well edited in order to not be distracting, especially with the meanings of them.
So cool to see it have both English and Spanish. I would love to see more multi-lingual decks! I hope it becomes more common. Even if not on the card itself, but maybe in the guidebook or with more translations available :) Beautiful deck, there was definitely a lot of heart put into it. ^^
Can't wait for people shiting in the Spanish and English names in the cards bc "is distracting" them 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Absolutely would buy! as a Latina finally something good.
I have been waiting so much for this deck! For months I've been waiting my pre-order to get to me. I think it will be soon... hopefully next week? I have never found a deck that I find to be South American. Santa Muerte Tarot is Mexican. It's not the same. And it's link to a very specific Mexican tradition where there the indigenous traditions have no place to be. And yes, Día de los Muertos has some indigenous roots, but it is a mix of that, with European traditions that make Día de los Muertos and Santa Muerte be what they are. There are no Saints in native indigenous cultures... Santa means Saint. I am however disappointed at U.S Game for making a huge typo/printing mistakes on several cards: It's "reTABLO" not "reTALbo" , "ganas" shouldn't be translated as "energy" but as "will" there's a huge difference between the two (unless it's the author's mistake?) and "tejados" is not "textiles", a tejado is a roof... "teJIdos" are "textiles", for costumes it's "disfraz ", not "disfrazos" . I suppose for non-Spanish speakers it might not be a big deal. I don't feel like I'm being difficult or maybe I am? It's just frustrating when a product is being "catered" for certain people to connect to but it's poorly produced. Particularly a renowned company like U.S Games, you'd think they would check that over and over again to make it right. Sorry for the rant!😅
I have seen a couple of words spelled wrong! One of them, Tejados, which means rooftops. It's supposed to be Tejidos, which is textiles. I will have to watch the video again for the other words. 🤔 I was interested because I'm thinking about studying my own roots (way back ancestors) for spirituality and witchcraft. Even though I'm more attracted to the Norse (Vikings) ways.
Which card is your favorite? I'm loving the Protection card, however, a lot of them are my favorite ❤

Right? It's so awesome to see that and I hope it does become more common. It will help me with my Spanish! ❤️
Same sis! We need more diversity in decks with Spanish and more lingos. ✨

Yeah, unfortunately we all know there will be those who will say that. It's been wonderful to work with so far ❤️

So happy that this came out, ordered immediately, looking forward to pair it with my Mayan deck
