hey non-manga readers who watched Jojo from a friends recommendation or something else, here is a tip if you finished part 5 and moving on to manga, to correctly read a manga, you read from right to left and every new panel you move to you move back to the right and repeat. when you finish one side of the page, move to the left side and do the same. this may seem stupid and useless to manga readers but this Is for people who love the anime and love the series so much they want to start reading.
im worried that if i read all the manga all the way up to part 8 then when i watch the anime its going to be underwhelming because i know everything thats going to happen (edit just read all of the manga and i dont regret one bit of it so much good content also part 7 best part)
Late reply Ik but I just wanna say this: yeah I thought that too but trust me when you read the manga you won't remember everything so when you re-visit scenes in the anime or even find new scenes it feels like looking at something through a different perspective for example I hated narancia before watching the part 5 anime and after the anime came out he's easily one of my favorite jojo characters
Finally a video that was long overdue! People pls read the friggin manga. I've been bingereading Jojo for a couple weeks, mid Part 6 now, and it's soooo delicious.
Instead of asking, "is it okt to skip parts?" I think a more productive question would be, "Is it ok to start out of order?" Because if you start somewhere you know you'll like, and you enjoy it, and you fall in love with the series--it's only natural to want to consume the rest of Jojo. This is how people get into comic books. Very few start with the silver age or golden age, they start whever and get to those ages as they fall down the rabbit hole.
I wanted to watch part 5 after I heard giornos theme so I wanted to start from there and since Hulu only had up to part 4 and I remember hearing references to Kira I decided to start from the ep that Kira was introduced (ep25 I think) and I don’t regret it. I feel like I wouldn’t live through the first episodes of the first part without any motivation to where the good parts come. It also helped to learn some characters easier
I'm a newer fan and hearing that part 8 is still ongoing filled me with so much joy because I'm used to my fandoms being under constant threat of cancellation or losing what made it great.
I actuallg skipped part 5 and 6 because apparently, Part 5's original translation was terrible and my friend who got me into Jojo said that part 6 wasn't really good. So I started to read Steel Ball Run. But as soon as I started reading it, I went back and read the better translation of Part 5 through JJCA Moral of the story: Read the parts in order.
As cliche as it sounds, the manga's way better than the anime. Quite literally, Araki never draws a character the same way twice, unlike David's adaptation, where most of the art's consistent.
It's a difference in taste for some people I think. Personally I think both work and convey it well, however some people might not like a lack of consistency.
@DohTheEntertainer83 Sometimes they are way too chiselled, or have shadows, or aren't even there. I am in my twenties and have bags under my eyes. Those things, are not bags.
Well, what do we have here ? They are. The whole point of Joseph's design in part 3 is to signal that he is very "late" to Jotaro's startlingly great youth, which helps put him aside in terms of importance after his own part. It also works to surprise the viewer for when he actually shows himself to be a formidable opponent in combat.
Your'e too soft man, its simple, if you skip a part, you are refusing too read something that might like just because people who don't like it tell you you wont like it either, because they think their stupid opinion is objective. JoJo parts can be compared between themselves like saying for example ''Part 2 is bad compared to Part 8'' but generally speaking all JoJo parts are above average when it comes to manga or anime, honestly parts 5, 7 and 8 are masterpieces when it comes to all of literature in general in my opinion.
DemoNik Part 2 was also hella progressive in terms of story telling. It set the "Outwitting your enemy" standard for fights, and Lisa Lisa was also super badass, even though she was a woman (I'm not saying women can't be badass I'm saying that was new at the time)
Not to mention how a black character wasn't some villain stereotype, also something big in that time...especially considering Japan. Based Araki is truly ahead of his time...
Guts Basically almost every fight that doesn't involve Foo Fighter, Pucci or Weather Report is boring in Part 6 (I liked Dragon's Dream, fight me). Part 6 is too bizarre for its own good.
You know what I did? I watched the part 1 to 4 anime, then started watching the part 5 anime, but since it's still airing, I read part 7 and 8, then went back to part 6 and read part 1. And now I'm just following the new part 5 episodes and the new part 8 chapters.
I watched all of the anime and then started reading my favorite part (part 5) though i do plan on getting the rest of the books, and on the side im reading sbr on mangadex
@@TheDailyBugleJ3 anime is better. Yes I understand with part 1. They did cut some good details. But everything important is there. Anime is so good that they have 99% of the things from manga in it. Even some new small details. Its better then manga and I hope araki continues to PURSUE david pro. to make it exactly like in the manga
Saw all of the anime, couldn't wait anymore. Started reading the manga. Now it's become arguably my favorite manga of all time, aside from Berserk. Never skip anything in Jojo. NEVER.
Best suggestion: Look up Fukerko Joestar on RUclips who edits Manga that hasn’t been animated yet with JoJo themes to give the anime theme while allowing you to read the manga yourself.
Honestly, I see so much prejudice on how people enjoy a series. It’s pathetic. I’m going to start reading cause I want to. If you only wanna watch it cool. If you wanna do both. Cool. I don’t get why people bring others down and fight. When I see a live action movie. I am not required to have read the book first. I should be able to enjoy it with or without having read it. Everyone has their preferred medium let them do them. have a great day guys!
Yeah but Stardust Crusaders is just non-stop fighting (even more than part 5) against some random guys with no backstory or anything (I think N'Doul is the only exception) so it would be boring pretty quickly if it wasn"t for the originality of the stands
I only started reading the manga (which I normally don't do) because I was hungry for more JoJo. After I finished part 4 I still wanted more JoJo, so I picked up the manga.
Oh shit thank you, I've recently gotten into JoJo and finished the part 4 of the anime. Wanted to wait for part 5 to be animated but I've been tempted to start reading the manga. Now I made my mind up
Kaleb THANK YOU SO MUCH for calling out the spoilers. I watch the anime only simply because it's hard for me to get emotionally invested in reading (especially when it's not with something I grew up with like Spider-Man comics) but before it even finished I got EVERY death in part 5 spoiled for me and even some plot points in part 7. And whenever people like me bring it up they get mad at you for not reading every issue. They also act like the anime wasnt the very reason they got into JoJo (it wasnt popular in America at ALL until the DP anime came out). Theres a LongBeachGriffy skit about manga reader spoilers which perfectly describes them
I don't really get what's up with this. You either like a part or you don't like a part. You watch and read whatever the hell you want :'D I don't think after watching the entire anime you would be _missing_ something if you only read part 5 in manga. If that's your favorite you're gonna love it written too. I for one loved all the parts so I just watched the anime and now I'm reading it all from the beginning (in full color) and I already know that DiamondisUnbreakable, per se, will be a struggle for me because that was long and full of random filler villains. But it's worth every panel because I just love Josuke. It's hard to explain but why would you not be allowed to skip parts. Of course you might miss out on _some things_ but enjoy what you enjoy and don't let anyone else bully you into wasting your time or unnecessarily delay the best.
I’m the type who watches the anime in sub, reads the manga and probably comes back to see what the dub was like ^^ but I can’t usually afford lots of manga I Can confirm the spoilers part I’ve come across jojo fans who have spoiled part 3, 4 and 5 to the point where I had a time where I wanted to give up watching because I’d already been told all the deaths and it really upset me Be careful for spoilers yall :((
My Japanese friend on Instagram told me, that he met Araki. Araki supposedly Araki bought him ramen and told him that vento Aureo anime is coming in 5 months. Of course, this isn't very reliable, but it's something __ __ \__(ジ)_/
I always like the manga more than the anime. I think that it’s good to read the manga because it’s the original source material for the anime. It’s supporting the author who brought you such an amazing story and for me it’s faster. It also skips the filler and you don’t have to worry about censorship and cutting out certain parts creating plot holes. On another note, I am about 21 episodes into diamond is unbreakable and I really love it so far and I’m not in a rush to get through it in a day or 2. I watched stardust crusaders in 3 days because I was rushing to get to diamond is unbreakable and read golden wind. I didn’t think much of it until the day after I finished it and I thought to myself “now that I think about it, that was a really fun ride and I am happy to say I really enjoyed everything about it!” For me personally I do research on an anime before I watch it and get down the basic plot and characters but honestly stardust crusaders is the one anime that I wish I went into blind because I can’t imagine how much better it would have been if I went in spoiler free because holy crap I would be on the edge of my seat the whole time thinking “HOLY CRAP DIO SENPAI IS BACK! WHY IS HIS FACE HIDDEN LIKE THAT? WHAT THE HECK DOES THE WORLD DO?” And a bunch of things like that. I am in love with diamond is unbreakable right now though and I can’t wait to see how it ends.
I'm doing a pretty weird thing with jojo, i skipped 5 and 6 to wait for the anime but i've read 7 since it's another universe and if it gets adapted it'll be in years, i don't regret it, gyro is best girl.
I'm currently reading the manga through the Jojonium re-releases, and that's the way I kind of want to continue with it (despite how long it may take for anything past the anime to release). I personally prefer reading physical books, so using any online resource is out of the question. I've kind of backed myself into a corner, concerning JoJo, with my own preferences.
I mean, I get why I should read the manga, but I still won't. I physically cannot enjoy manga, it's not engaging or entertaining to me, and that goes for all manga. Anime is, as expected, more lively, as there's music, movement, voices, etc. I'm willing to wait to enjoy jojo as best I can.
there is a certain beauty in manga all its own and that's the ability to stare at the image and take in every single detail you know someone spent thousands of hours on and marvel in every piece of themselves that you can gleam from the intricacies. Not to mention the power of a page turn when properly set up. Read a junji ito manga and I promise you will feel fear, not like you would from an anime but a greater existential horror that builds with every page.
After SC finished airing and I completed the DiU manga, I read Parts 5, 6, and 7 all at the same time when I read the manga. Whenever I got bored or exhausted from one part, I would jump to the next one and rotate through the three. I don't now if anybody else read Jojo like this, but that's how I experienced it.
I personally chose to do both, I got into Jojo by reading the manga. My High School has a comics, and manga section. I’ve heard good things from Jojo, so I picked up the first two volumes (I’m reading part 3 btw) and I was instantly hooked.
Hated is a bit far, but bear in mind the difference in time between writing the parts and it does make sense that it would start off weaker, however part 1 was still rather strong imo
Aaron Wallace although Jonathan was and still is my favorite joestar I can admit it's not the best part however it's not the worst but the truth is all JoJo parts are awesome and they all deserve praise
1:37 Part 6 is like my second favourite. I rly don't understand why people don't like stone ocean lol. My rankings for the parts (that i have read/watched so far) are like this. 6. Phantom blood 5. battle tendency 4. Diamond is unbreakable 3. Stardust crusaders 2.Stone ocean 1. Golden wind
Stone Ocean is unfortunate to be between Golden Wind and Steel Ball Run which are my favorite parts. It didn't feel like a huge step forward like every other part had been until this point. But without the context of other parts, it's solid. It has some of the weirdest fights and Heavy Weather Arc is my favorite in the series (Haven't read JoJolion yet)
I personally prefer anime over manga. I love OSTs and all other badass sounds/themes. The voice actors make it x10 better too. Also you can sit back and relax, not scroll down/read pages every 1 minute or so
The problem of people starting Jojo is phantom blood, is clichê and quite boring, but if you jump it you cannot read/watch till part 6.If I know someone who like to read manga I will definitly recommend start from part 7 and then, if they like, go to part 1
Ok I've gotten the courage to read part 6 since I didn't like the beginning but quickly starting Hermes kiss i started to like the show now I'm already done with the whole foo fighters "fight" (I just got hyped after the whole Highway to Hell fight) also if you're willing to read part 5 I'll totally watch man
Honestly, while I definitely urge that people go and read the manga, for it’d be entirely worth their time, if people wanna solely watch the anime, that’s entirely fine! After all, that’s only an *adaptation.* I wouldn’t expect people who watch the Harry Potter or Hunger Games movies to read the books, since not everyone who likes watching movies likes reading books. Just like not everyone who likes watching anime likes reading manga. Tl;dr, people should read the manga, but people should also respect people’s personal preferences as well.
You should definitely do a video explaining why you love Parte 5 so much. I really like Parte 5 and I'd probably rank it higher than most JoJo fans, but I don't think it's a masterpiece like Part 7.
I watched sub until the most recent episode then (which I think was Let's go Play at the Mangaka's House) and then immediately read the manga from that point on, up until the end of part 6, then read the rest, because I wanted the full story (as there being some differences in the manga than the Anime). Also, if anyone doesn't want to read previous parts that they've already seen in the anime, you can go ahead and read the manga right where you left off, because, for the most part, the anime is very loyal to the manga.
For as nice as Jojo's Colored Adventure is, I really wish there were scans of that quality in black and white. They did Part 5 in black and white and from what I saw of it it's gorgeous, so it's a shame they haven't done likewise for the other parts.
This is one of the few anime's that has adapted great and it stays true to the manga. Only reason to read is if you don't want to wait or don't care about spoilers. Its also refreshing to keep up with an anime that is new and isn't spoiled for you.
I just read part 5 volume 1 ( btw I would’ve bought the other earlier parts but I saw those in the anime already) and now I’m so hype for November to come because that’s when volume two comes out in English
>implying Part 5 is better than Part 6 Good video though! Just finished reading Part 7 literally tonight and saw this in my recommended, figured I'd give it a watch.
so I’m late to this video but uhhhh, I started watching jojo by only watching dubs then when I got to part 4 and saw it was subbed I was so invested that I wanted to watch more, so jojo is my first subbed anime, then after catching up on part 5 I wanted moreeee so I decided to read the manga which was a great decision, so I’d 100% recommend reading the manga to anyone, just make a playlist of the best jojo songs and start reading!
Think one of the biggest things going from anime to manga for jojo is you can’t read with that gravitas suspense you see in the anime, you can partially when you keep going but that and the direction to actually read the panels threw me at first
My friend told me to skip Part 1 so I watched Part 2 and 3 around September-October, finished Part 4 around then too and then caught up the Part 5 anime before going back quickly to Part 1. I got a few things from future parts spoiled and I was worried I'd have every major plot detail spoiled before Part 5's anime was over so I just hit 'fuck it' and read Part 6 and 7. I should probably stop where I'm at with JoJolion since I'm like two volumes in and go back to read Part 5.
Rainbow Dashtruction yeah and it literally sets everything up like dio speedwagon sratzo *probably didn’t spell that right but idc* Joseph even being alive it introduces Hamon if u skip part 1 you won’t understand anything in part 2
Part 1 & Part 2 -Has Joestar at the end of the name -Nationality, english -Speedwagonnn -Hamon -Same artstyle -Roundabout ending -Zombies -Gets called JoJo many times
I originally skipped part 5 and 6 due to the part 5 translation not being completed when I started and I was afraid that part 6 would have references/story connection to part 5. Now that I'm almost finished reading part 7, I'll definitely start reading part 5. Well, unless the part 5 anime is announced soon, in which case I'll just watch that instead.
I would read all of the manga or would have already read it, if it was all physically released in english. Because for some odd reason reading digital manga feels weird to me and it's annoying that the physical manga only goes until part 4 in english (at this point). I would wanna read part 6 and 7 but I can't (at least in physical volumes) because i don't know french or japanese. That is also one weird thing.. why are they all in french aswell? WHY FRENCH?!?!? If I would be a translator I would've first translated it to english and then maybe to French, but why FRENCH?!?!? All of the anime has probably come out before I can begin reading the manga because of this exact reason. I am also sorry if this sounds too negative or just angry, and thats because it kinda is. I also do know that it takes a long time to translate manga, but there are literally hundreds of translations of the manga online! Why don't they just take them and change the stand names to the "translation names" and then just print that onto a goddamn book! It's that easy! C'mon. I have started reading part 6 digitally and it just feels wrong for some reason. It's just not the originally meant way.. I do also know that if I'd wanna read it in the originally meant way, then I'd have to read it in japanese. Yeah i know that.
Could you just watch the anime and then start reading at part 5 or is it reccomended to read all the way?
This is totally fine and honestly it's how I recommend people getting into Jojo.
that is what I did...but I started reading somewhere in the middle of part 3...

im worried that if i read all the manga all the way up to part 8 then when i watch the anime its going to be underwhelming because i know everything thats going to happen (edit just read all of the manga and i dont regret one bit of it so much good content also part 7 best part)
me 2
Late reply Ik but I just wanna say this: yeah I thought that too but trust me when you read the manga you won't remember everything so when you re-visit scenes in the anime or even find new scenes it feels like looking at something through a different perspective for example I hated narancia before watching the part 5 anime and after the anime came out he's easily one of my favorite jojo characters
Mirza Waqas funny cause after seeing the anime and not reading the manga yet Ifind him annoying
yeah but now you don’t have to re-read, you can now see it animated. AND YOU HAVE VOICES SFX AND MORE
It’s much better than seeing spoilers
Finally a video that was long overdue! People pls read the friggin manga. I've been bingereading Jojo for a couple weeks, mid Part 6 now, and it's soooo delicious.
also the colored version is extremly good! been using it too
where did you read it? if you still remember
An intellectual ^
Doorto i watched part 3 first, then part 1 and 2, and now I’m reading Part 6
Thank you this is a very good mindset and not just NO WATCH THE ENTIRE THING IN ORDER
Did you just call them comics-
I'm a newer fan and hearing that part 8 is still ongoing filled me with so much joy because I'm used to my fandoms being under constant threat of cancellation or losing what made it great.
SPOILER FOR PART 6:
Pucci is gay.
Mr Madness ANOTHER SPOILER FOR PART 6:
Pucci is black.
Jim Halpert Dude, not cool.
How could you spoil something like that?
Next you're going to be telling me that josuke has 4 balls :(
SPOILER FOR PART 6
Jotaro got younger
Spoiler for part 6:
There's no Mickey Mouse so it's not Disney
I actuallg skipped part 5 and 6 because apparently, Part 5's original translation was terrible and my friend who got me into Jojo said that part 6 wasn't really good. So I started to read Steel Ball Run. But as soon as I started reading it, I went back and read the better translation of Part 5 through JJCA
Moral of the story: Read the parts in order.
Sponge Magic did you read hand copy’s of part 7 online idk if pt 7 has eng volumes
Das
DONT SKIP PART 6 ITS SO GOOD
Yea ur a disappointment 2 years later 😭
I wanna read part 6 but I can’t find any English manga
I watched the anime up to part 4 and then read the manga of all the other parts.
yeah me too
same
part 3 for me
So far watched the entire anime (sub, IF that matters) thinking of reading the manga, have not started yet
Better get to reading, it's great
As cliche as it sounds, the manga's way better than the anime.
Quite literally, Araki never draws a character the same way twice, unlike David's adaptation, where most of the art's consistent.
It's a difference in taste for some people I think. Personally I think both work and convey it well, however some people might not like a lack of consistency.
Consistent?! *_CONSISTENT?!_* HAVE YOU EVER SEEN OLD JOSEPH'S CHEEKS IN THE ANIME?! I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE THINGS UNDER HIS EYES ARE!
Well, what do we have here ? Bags. He's old. Get it?
It set the "Outwitting your enemy" standard for fights, and Lisa Lisa was also super badass, even though she was a woman (I'm not saying women can't be badass I'm saying that was new at the time)
i know, JoJo set a lot of standards for todays shonen or just the action genre in general, especially parts 1,2 and 3
Not to mention how a black character wasn't some villain stereotype, also something big in that time...especially considering Japan. Based Araki is truly ahead of his time...
I love how you slyly skip over Part 6.
Kaleb should probably put a link in the description to batoto, but since he didn't, I will.

Thanks a lot
why does this only have 9 likes
I watched all of the anime and then started reading my favorite part (part 5) though i do plan on getting the rest of the books, and on the side im reading sbr on mangadex
I get more hyped about the anime when i have already read the manga, it's like HOLY SHIT NEXT WEEK WE WILL HAVE THAT SCENE
You mortals skipping parts have angered SPEEDWAGON go back and watch part 1 and 2 immediately for forgiveness and SPEEDWAGON will consider it!
*READ* Part 1, because they cut out too many interesting details in the anime.
I wanna read part 7 but part 6 anime is coming soon so i don't wanna read the manga to spoil part 6 for me, Should i skip part 6 manga?
Saw all of the anime, couldn't wait anymore. Started reading the manga. Now it's become arguably my favorite manga of all time, aside from Berserk. Never skip anything in Jojo. NEVER.
Best suggestion: Look up Fukerko Joestar on RUclips who edits Manga that hasn’t been animated yet with JoJo themes to give the anime theme while allowing you to read the manga yourself.
You know i haven't read that far in to jojo, but I've already been spoiled from the major events by watching videos and playing eyes of heaven
Totally agree
I started the anime in dub until Part 3, and now I'm reading Part 6 waiting for The Part 5 anime.
Swiggity Swag
*part 5 never*
@@spidicus Aged well
God bless you Kaleb, I've wanted to read the manga for so long and didn't know where to read it
1:35 Battle Tendency is better than Stardust Crusaders, though.
Agreed.
Stardust Crusaders is overrated.
Nah, just the side characters are far more interesting than the ones on battle tendency
Yeah but Stardust Crusaders is just non-stop fighting (even more than part 5) against some random guys with no backstory or anything (I think N'Doul is the only exception) so it would be boring pretty quickly if it wasn"t for the originality of the stands
Mmmmmmmm
I only started reading the manga (which I normally don't do) because I was hungry for more JoJo. After I finished part 4 I still wanted more JoJo, so I picked up the manga.
I only read the manga once the anime for the part is done, I can't wait for vento aureo
Micoco45 Dude get hype, Vento Aureo is one of my favourite parts it's gonna be dope when the anime comes out! :D
Micoco45 I really want to see what the new opening is and what they could do in the last op like how DIO stopped time or kira activated bites za dusto
Oh shit thank you, I've recently gotten into JoJo and finished the part 4 of the anime. Wanted to wait for part 5 to be animated but I've been tempted to start reading the manga. Now I made my mind up
Everyone who looked up JoJo siwa but found the way better version
I'm glad you love part 5 as much as you do
Ok, so you're telling me the book anime is backwards?! I'll never forgive the japanese...
"book anime"
@@rainman-gg8zo Let me use Moody Blues to see when I asked

Best comment in a while. Underrated comment. I agree that its dumb how you read backwards.
I want to read the manga with the physical copies, but the colored manga (which is the only version that is printed for Part 1,2) is $20 per volume!
How to read
The manga:READ IT.Do you not know how to read?
Kaleb THANK YOU SO MUCH for calling out the spoilers. I watch the anime only simply because it's hard for me to get emotionally invested in reading (especially when it's not with something I grew up with like Spider-Man comics) but before it even finished I got EVERY death in part 5 spoiled for me and even some plot points in part 7. And whenever people like me bring it up they get mad at you for not reading every issue. They also act like the anime wasnt the very reason they got into JoJo (it wasnt popular in America at ALL until the DP anime came out). Theres a LongBeachGriffy skit about manga reader spoilers which perfectly describes them
Why people skips part 6, it's good! :(
I don't really get what's up with this.
Please make a JoJo Audiobook!!!
Part 4 is the best part change my mind
Should I read through colored adventures or Jojonium
Not Safe For Work Gaming colored adventure is great from what I've read so far (part 4 and 5)
whichever you prefer
I honestly like the black and white more. But I still enjoy reading the colored ones
Colored definitely. I feel like the coloring is great and makes Jojo Stand out from everything else
Zayaan Nashrid did you just-
Linktriforce99 if only there was a way to read the colored manga on print I would absolutely love that
I’m the type who watches the anime in sub, reads the manga and probably comes back to see what the dub was like ^^ but I can’t usually afford lots of manga
I Can confirm the spoilers part
I’ve come across jojo fans who have spoiled part 3, 4 and 5 to the point where I had a time where I wanted to give up watching because I’d already been told all the deaths and it really upset me
Be careful for spoilers yall :((
My Japanese friend on Instagram told me, that he met Araki. Araki supposedly Araki bought him ramen and told him that vento Aureo anime is coming in 5 months. Of course, this isn't very reliable, but it's something

People who skip parts are posers
I'm doing a pretty weird thing with jojo, i skipped 5 and 6 to wait for the anime but i've read 7 since it's another universe and if it gets adapted it'll be in years, i don't regret it, gyro is best girl.
i did the same thing but i went back to part 5 and i fucking loved it
Because of spoilers from RUclips videos title i did the same thing!
unritardatoqualsiasi Please read part 5, you don't have to read 6, just read 5.
Every part is bursting with their own flavor. It's amazing and once you get into it its hard to stop.
I actually like Stone Ocean a lot more than Vento Aureo.
I don't agree with you but I respect your opinion
And that is the correct way to deal with opinions, thankyou for being a decent human being
You're welcome hahah
Rare, and it's my opinion too.
(Why am i writing this after a year?)
ᴘᴀɴᴛᴛᴇ idk why am I writing this after a year?
ommmmgggggggg pleaseeeee the reading through part 5 is genius you should definetly do it
I started reading the manga but Clash & Talking Head hit me so hard I stopped for a good time
Shockwave3456 you should totally get back in to it, the fights just get better and better
Waching this video while reading the 5th part
ferbamaster93 same here! I'm up to the Metallica fight! :3
Kars NO WAY WHAAAAAT
I watched parts 1 & 2 and im gonna read part 3
Manga is fine but comment section on this video....
SKIP DO NOT READ
Thank you so much, I've been wanting to read the manga but I didn't know were. This will be a big help
Pyriph i can assure you Jojo, Berserk and Vagabond has more movement and action than 70% of the shonem animes out there
there is a certain beauty in manga all its own and that's the ability to stare at the image and take in every single detail you know someone spent thousands of hours on and marvel in every piece of themselves that you can gleam from the intricacies. Not to mention the power of a page turn when properly set up. Read a junji ito manga and I promise you will feel fear, not like you would from an anime but a greater existential horror that builds with every page.
Piriph B I G M A N G A T I D D I E S
Well too bad youre gonna miss the 14 step to heaven
I recommend reading Kaiji because it might make you enjoy reading manga in the same way you enjoy watching anime.
I is toonami i cant aford crunchyrole
jedi nigga what
I personally chose to do both, I got into Jojo by reading the manga. My High School has a comics, and manga section. I’ve heard good things from Jojo, so I picked up the first two volumes (I’m reading part 3 btw) and I was instantly hooked.
I hated part 1. Everything else was amazing.
Hated is a bit far, but bear in mind the difference in time between writing the parts and it does make sense that it would start off weaker, however part 1 was still rather strong imo
Aaron Wallace although Jonathan was and still is my favorite joestar I can admit it's not the best part however it's not the worst but the truth is all JoJo parts are awesome and they all deserve praise
i just finished part 5 a few days ago and i'm on part 6 now and its really worth to start reading the manga.
@@fannygaming9110 with?
i recently finished part 5 and I'm mid part 6 but i really loved giorno's part and would totally watch / listen to you reading it *^*
1:37 Part 6 is like my second favourite. I rly don't understand why people don't like stone ocean lol. My rankings for the parts (that i have read/watched so far) are like this.
6. Phantom blood
5. battle tendency
4. Diamond is unbreakable
3. Stardust crusaders
2.Stone ocean
I myself love phantom blood and Jonathan, but I always heard that it is the worst part
I honestly keep forgetting part 5 exists 6 is just super iconic as was 3/4
Started reading part 5. Not sure if it's the fact I think JoJo works better as a manga but this is probably my favorite part yet.
Ive already watched parts 1-5 and am reading part 6 and now I plan to (when I finish all of it) I will read all parts 👍
Where can I read the manga
Can you help me? I finish jjba part 6 ep 1-12 in bili bili what chapter now i will read in manga
The part 5 anime was my favorite gonna move onto the manga now
You should definitely do a video explaining why you love Parte 5 so much.
I’m a watch all the parts, then read the other parts that haven’t been animated yet.
For as nice as Jojo's Colored Adventure is, I really wish there were scans of that quality in black and white. They did Part 5 in black and white and from what I saw of it it's gorgeous, so it's a shame they haven't done likewise for the other parts.
a "Let's Read" with you would be dope, not gonna lie
This is one of the few anime's that has adapted great and it stays true to the manga. Only reason to read is if you don't want to wait or don't care about spoilers. Its also refreshing to keep up with an anime that is new and isn't spoiled for you.
I skipped part 6 but went back to it later, I needed me some of that sick nasty part 7 action.
Wow bro was still dropping bangers 6 years ago
we want it!
I just read part 5 volume 1 ( btw I would’ve bought the other earlier parts but I saw those in the anime already) and now I’m so hype for November to come because that’s when volume two comes out in English
Where did you read it? Please tell me
Yo thanks for this I'm gonna start reading the manga now and good job on the commentary *new sub earned*
>implying Part 5 is better than Part 6
Good video though!
I don't get why people say to skip part 1. Its fairly short, and while the art is dated in style, its shockingly detailed and gorgeous to look at.
Rainbow Dashtruction yeah and it literally sets everything up like dio speedwagon sratzo *probably didn’t spell that right but idc* Joseph even being alive it introduces Hamon if u skip part 1 you won’t understand anything in part 2
i started reading on part 5 no fuckin regrets cuz im not binging parts 1-4 but in book form just to be a tru fan
understandable have a great day
Part 1 & Part 2
-Has Joestar at the end of the name
-Nationality, english
-Speedwagonnn
-Hamon
-Same artstyle
-Roundabout ending
-Zombies
-Gets called JoJo many times
Also don't look on Wikipedia or RUclips I got major character's deaths spoiled for me.
In fact stay as far away from all social media if you are anime only.
I watched part 1-5 but now I'm reading Stone ocean because I can't wait for more JoJo
I personally watch the anime as much as I can but when I can't I continue reading from then on I'm almost done with part 6
Read Manga Part 1. The Anime misses most of the important details.
Part 5 is lit and is an masterpiece
This is so relatable
2 years later and I still have this issue. For some reason Colored Adventure won't work for me, and I want to read it in a legal way
