Better result one achieve putting a hard paper book on top of the head and do that mentioned by you, drills :)The stability of the book will force whole body to work in such way to keep the upright and balanced posture .Than every day minimum 15 min walk and after one month one can boast of being a tanguero :) My brgds;)
Hi Pablo, Hi Anne, should we always practice with our dancing shoes for pivot or any dance steps/figures? What are your thoughts when one practises with bare feet? Is this advisable? Thanks in advance for your kind advice! BR Jan
