Beautiful with the brown tone flooring, the wood ceiling and trim, the StucOFlex on the walls, inside & out, & plenty of room to sleep on the main floor. Really a very nice home.
It's a nice house, but it doesn't take an amazing builder to put steel panels together. And they have done nothing with tiny town. Not a single amenity has been added to the communities, unless you count the dead palm trees...
Now this is a nice one & it's priced right!!❤ I see alot of things that could be done for the next buyer... build an L shaped raised platform where that futons is at with long drawers underneath, this serves as a L shaped "dining" & "couch" & "sleeping" you just lower the swivel dining table in the center, it lays level with the seating, move cushions on top of that for bed. Under mini split, build tall closet with the same width, with clothes rods in it, put decorative fake iron doors on it, use a decorative material behind that to hide clothes. Where Tvs presently at mount it up on a pivot swivel on the wall, that leaves space underneath open for more built in storage, or electric fireplace. End of kitchen counter, extend a long piece of wood that folds flat up against the wall, place a permanent fixed picture or decor on the undersided of it so when its against the wall, it just looks like decor. Add a long shelve the whole length of kitchen wall go over window, extend it to the back corner as well, for dishes, cups, etc.. At the end of the extended kitchen counter on TEMU they have a skinny tall pantry with doors, and shelves, 8 or 9 shelves in it. The space between frig & hot water heater, tall skinny pull out spice rack. TEMU Not sure if you could add a stackable washer/dryer because of the exhaust fan thats there...but if you could, definitely a stackable, the combo just takes too long to dry for me. On the space remaining have a carpenter cut a cabinet with that shape that it is, use plexiglass for the facing & stain glass it. Use for a medicine/bath/washing products. On tinies, you can still have lofts with bad knees, backs, I omitted stairs & have an electric chair lift kinda of like a dumb waiter. (No stairs to climb) & gives me alot more space at ground level.
how many inches is the height from the loft floor to the highest part of the ceiling which would be the plank board that the puck lights and smoke/fire detector are mounted to.
It's cute, but for an older lady, which I am, I couldn't do the lofts. Especially with the low roof, and stairs, but it is cute, for the right person.
I agree…this is a great home. Has everything and is decorated so beautifully. Well done video. I also love the door placed on the end.
It’s t it just a charming little home.

Thanks for all the great ideas! I love the creativity of it all.
@rhinestonesandwrinkles your welcome...
Besides interior design am also an artist I could go on & on...but don't want to give too much away!
Perfect little house. Teresa are you still moving to KY? I remember you were in the process of building another tiny home.
Yes moved to Ky. My new build is close to being done. Stay tuned for that content. It’s going to be so exciting
Why is it hard to get a Lease Agreement
