As a medical professional with cardiac sarcoidosis, I have refused any prednisone treatment because of the side effects .. methotrexate was also offered and I declined in 2017. Now here I am watching your video at a cross road , as I have cardiac ischemia and abnormal ecgs. It’s a shame there has been no new treatment options. I do not want worsening diabetes or worsening osteoarthritis.. I’m only 55 . I enjoyed this video but had wished for new treatment options.
