    Farage should sue James O’Brien for labelling the riots as “Farage Riots”

      James O'Brien is awful. An absolute government cuck.

    • @leecourtney1225
      @leecourtney1225 3 часа назад

      He would lose as there is no law under liable or slander that would stand up and he would have jumped on this in a flash if it had legs. If he had said 'Farage directly called for the riots' then that is different. It would be a total waste of tax payers money as the language is too vague. Also aren't Farage supporters in favour of free speech? I too feel that some of the sentencing for rioters was ridiculous as people should be able to say whatever nasty racist things they want as long as not inciting violence and feel some were charged for what I perceive just being horrible, which is not a crime, as others will agree. Seems odd that you would want James charged for saying something you don't like, when I am sure you are very angry about people being charged for saying something the majority don't like. Or are you happy for over policing/litigation as long as it's against your opponent (again I feel some of the sentencing in the riots was worryingly ott, although it was funny)? It is the minority by the way, Reform got just 17% of the vote. Hastings is a fairly poor local town to me that being next to Dover has huge levels of migration. A protest/riot was planned there and about 50 people from the right (or anti migration, whatever label you want to use) turned up, as is their right, there was no violence, but they were met with over 1000 from the other side, utterly drowned out and soon went home, it then became almost a celebration of an area with problems but a recognition of how much migrants had bought to the town, again you may not like it but that is people's view. This is a story that after the initial riots, was repeated up and down the country. So basically allow people to say what they want as long as not inciting violence whether Farage, O'Brien. If you don't like it, counter with your own words. I have always said that the snowflakes are as much on the right as the left. I call it 'The Farage Riots', suck it up buttercup 🤣

    Teachers and head teachers were covertly filmed admitting not only was the youth in question an absolute nightmare towards other pupils and teachers "especially females" but they were payed by the local council 6 figure sums to sign a NDA "Non Disclosure Agreement" to not discuss the matter.
    Not only that. There were children who gave evidence at the trial who were described by the teachers as grade A students who had never been in bother before. And the judge not only called all of them liars but also released their details to the world which led to those poor children being hounded out of the community / dropping out of school / and ending up with severe mental health issues. There is a very very very serious point here that is not being discussed. Terrorism is a very serious issue and we have a lot of resource put into it, however as always all the branches of Government and Police and Security systems and departments also rely on the public to supply information. This public trust has been permanently damaged and actively not only discouraged but people are now in potentially fearful of approaching the state about suspected terrorist activities. THIS IS A REAL DANGER.

    If the PM is assisting criminals to evade justice, doesn't that make him an accessory? If he has done it more than once, doesn't that make him a repeat offender? If he is conspiring to jail people for speaking the inconvenient truth, isn't that an offence, and if not, should it be? Can we afford to be led by a criminal who has acquired a reputation for serial dishonesty and is leading the country toward disaster?
