The power of compounding (8th Wonder of our World). Its amazing when you deep it. I am so grateful to be privy to such knowledge and thank you for spreading it to us all
Hey, glad I bumped into this video. I started on my £100k journey back in March 2017 when I first started working after graduating and I reached my goal in July 2021 :)))) Paid of my student loan and now I am financially in a good position. Living with parents help but also being mentally strong is key.
The scary thing is that it's almost impossible to find 1.5% savings accounts! I'd love to know which accounts you're referring to, the best I found is 0.6% (Marcus). The others have strings attached which I personally don't like! (mostly max amounts to save!). Brilliant video, really illustrates the power of investing :)
Yes it’s crazy! I’m referring to fixed-term savings accounts which have slightly better rates, but still nothing to write home about. Instant access ones are all under 1% right now. Thanks for watching Anna 😊
I wish I started saving earlier and also saving in the stock market. You have given me motivation to save even more money in 2022. I intend to up my savings goal to at least £500 a month savings. Great video.
Hey! Not too sure what types of apps you mean? I use investing apps and that’s about it. I use a budget spreadsheet to track my finances and I read books/articles and listen to podcasts and RUclips videos on personal finance.
I use Freetrade, Trading212 and Orca for my general investment accounts. Got quite a few videos on these: ruclips.net/p/PLPrvgbojlxLD81ORDpITgAJW7AcjMbLZw My ISA is with Vanguard.
£100 in fundsmith isa on past 11 year performance would hit £100k tax free in 16 years If you max your isa £1667pm you could do it in less than 4 years

Yes absolutely! Many people won’t be able to save that amount though, but even if you can save a smaller amount, it can be achieved 😊
Hi Steve, I was wondering if we could discuss this further I am new to investing😄
