What a wonderfully well made and heartfelt video! More people should be watching and thanking you for these great tips Alex! I'm 47 and graduated from my University with a b.s. in Computer Science some 23 years ago. I still miss my university days as time truly flies. In my high school days we didn't have RUclips nor this type of content... So it's nice to see people who care like Alex and help others. Ps. I recently met the host of this wonderful channel when I was looking up some reviews on the Alienware X15 R1 and she did the most beautiful unboxing I've ever seen! I'm a huge fan Alex! Hope to see your channel grow and I'm doing my best to help you. I recently
@@al3xxli You're welcome my dear friend. Don't mention it. I admire hard working very much. Although I'm no longer able to work as hard as I did a few years ago, due to a small back injury resulting from 8 years of pulling 100 hour days programming my App, I am still crawling forward despite a weak lower back and trying to think and focus on my research. When I see young university students, I love them very much because it reminds me of my own younger days and brings me back many memories of good times and the not so easy times cramming for midterm exams, or late overdue assignments or what have you 😊 At any rate, I was watching a few of these other videos you've kindly made to help people and I thought what a wonderful and caring person you are to take your precious time to help others, when no one else was there for your good self (most likely) to do the same for you. At least that was my own experience back in my college days. My folks are wonderful people but I think they were somehow too caught up with life and expected me to figure out the university situation all on my own. So I remember thinking how sweet it is of you to be doing these videos with so much passion and perfect immaculate presentation! That's why I am a fan of people like you who help the "under-dogs" To tell you a true story, my Android App was developed entirely from scratch. And I had zero customers for it. It is a paid App and in the early days it could only fetch 99 cents but even so, it was incredibly difficult to get it going. I had to run around like "Chicken Little" telling all my closest friends and family to try it, and I would give them free Google promotion codes so they didn't have to pay a penny. That same product now has over 300,000 customers and I still try hard to crawl back to my desk now and then to work with my Chief Engineer on it (who is overseas). Point is.... If we stick to our dreams, the likelihood of favorable outcome is many times more positive. But I'm sorry if I'm starting to sound like a parent... That's not my intention 🙂 Just trying to be a good friend to you. Ps. My X15 R1 is delayed until August 27th due to the shortage on the QHD display. A bit ironic for me because I had thought that the RTX 3070 or the core i9 11th gen processor may have been the cause of this one month or so delay (I ordered July 10th). But anyways, Dell / Alienware have been kind to provide an additional $200 dollar concession as a gesture of kindness for delaying my unit and my own product coding and App responsibility for my Android project, so we'll see how things go. Fingers crossed 🤞 😉 Please stay safe in beautiful Canada and stay in touch. I'm always eager to make more new friends, above the hundreds of thousands of people who know me through my software product and bombard me with emails of praise or want to get closer to me 😊 I hope life is wonderful where you're located. Here in California it feels like madness sometimes but I'm trying to cope as best I can. Cheers to you my good friend 👍 Kind Regards Alexander
