Thanks you for this video. It saved me wasting money. It's easy to double buy things and things you need really need as an autolocksmith. So much unnecessary stuff just clutters up. However very useful some things are

So it's a kdx2 with a screen ? I honestly prefer key diy remotes but but for cloning the xhorse super chips are far superior

I've been eyeing this tool. I need the best capabilities i can get on unlocking and reusing keys. Specially with the shortage now a days. Another great video from you. thank you for sharing!
Give us a video on your two cents when it comes to.
Making your own keys be it buying transponder. (Buying chip and shell)
Using proprietary universal keys like xhorse keys. (This can be a great option now a days when it comes to those kia remotes that are getting hard to obtain)
As locksmiths and with the shortage we will have to break free from what was easy. To now feed the needs. Id love to hear what you have to say. Sounds like a great topic for you. I know autel says it unlocks some. And it does. Zedful is another. Then there is this tool you mentioned here. Never much info can be found when I dig. Just places to spend money to find out.
I get a lot of used key from auction and I can unlock some. I notice other guys using universal keys. I'm still trying to find the most appropriate route without supplying trash product to the customer myself.

This does the same thing as the X2 for almost three times the cost, it's definitely not more capabilities, at least not yet.

Your right Dr Lock, compared with VVDI Key Tool Max, Key DIY Max won't attract market share. VVDI Key Tool Max is way beyond Key DIY Max. Key DIY Max Guys have to rethink about this product, it won't get them any benefit at all.

No they do not, but they do make their own cloning chips for 4d/4c, H, 46 seperate and 46 integrated wireless remotes.
Now they came out with TB Toyota smart remotes.
I heard a rumor that ID48 dups might be free on the max instead of $12 usd on the X2, probably not true though, and KH100+/KM100 or even xhorse beats it anyways.
