Looks like a 500k apartment that was renovated and someone randomly slapped a £3 mil price tag on it

Nice small apartment and a great view of Westminster Cathedral, great for weekends in central London or if you can't be hassle to commute out of London and some outdoor space which is rare for central London

Not my favorite, except the view. I have to admit, in the beginning it took me a bit to get to use to Tom and Jazz vs Matt & Summer, now it's like Matt & Summer who?? LOL

3m for two small bedrooms
I don't think it's that good, bit small and condensed for me, The colours are okay and the TV should have been put on the marble above the fireplace rather than in the corner. The bedrooms are a bit small as well, I would say it's more £1-2m nowhere near above £2m though.

A lot of contemporary interior design is going to date really quickly. The kitchen is too small for me, don't like the black either.
Looks amazing, but for 3m? I would rather have a 5+ bed house in the country with tons of land with the same spec, location means nothing to me but each to their own.

Oh come on guys, you totally avoided talking about the elephant in the room, or at least the elephant visible FROM the room. Westminster cathedral is totally the dominant landmark from the apartment and very nice it is too, but I can see the UK still has a hostile attitude to even acknowledging the Catholics in their midst lest they behead the Protestant king. I mean you pointed out the barely visible houses of parliament and the even less visible pinprick, the shard, yet totally avoided acknowledging the green domes and bulk of the cathedral in front. Curses on Henry VIII and his diabetic impotence for an unnecessary divide.
This property has no character or charm and is grossly overpriced for what it is simply due to where it is.
I hate comments like the one I’m about to make. I get it’s london prices which is fine, but like the finishes in this place are subpar at best. It just using the location to add 75% of its value and the view yeah it’s alright get a much better apartment in Dubai + all the benefits you get from it. (Before you say well most can’t afford, well you are watch a 2.9m apartment) 😂😂🎉
I love Penthouses....just not this one.
The only selling point of this property is the roof terrace.
