At 2:39 you can see Winston Davis on the top right. He is the officer that got arrested in Escaping the Prison during Henry’s trial. First of all, that mustache looks a lot like his, but it is just a different color. At 3:06 he looks at Henry with squinted eyes as if he recognizes Henry and is angry for what Henry has done to him in the past. At 3:38 someone asks “What do you think man?” And he responds “Well, I’m still kinda new here so, I’m not really sure what to say” in a voice that sounds a lot like Winston. Not only that, but that fact that he says he is new tells us that he just recently joined the Toppat Clan, and the events of Escaping the Prison weren’t too long ago.
Edit: The Henry Stickmin Collection confirmed this theory with the addition of bios. That man is, in fact, WInston Davis.

Here’s something different about the remaster and the legacy, at 8:28, in the legacy RHM shoots Henry at fails, then you get ila view of Henry jumping into the heli. In the remaster, he just jumps and nothing else happens.
