Remembers Me

I spent the last few years slowly recovering from a serious concussion. During this time the Psalms have been beautiful prayers that have reminded me we are not forgotten during times of long waiting or suffering.
On January 18 a bunch of friends and fellow musicians met at Nassagaweya, The Retreat near Guelph, Ontario for a two day Psalms retreat. We spent our days rehearsing, recording, feasting, and hearing the Psalms in fresh and beautiful ways. This was filmed by Mitch Fillion live at the Abbey on January 21/20
A huge thank you to Keith and Jennifer Martin, Chris and Jean Houston, and all our amazing friends who lent their voices and hearts to make the weekend happen. It's amazing what happens when we receive the gift of time together to sing and make music.
