It’s not over dramatic and emotional compared to the ones I’ve watched over the years. Also the second couple is starting to get on my nerves. What is that love story? Everything from the lies to the communication has me sighing to the point I’m really annoyed. Anyways “The romance of the little forest” is a really refreshing. Along with my prolonged love for Esther Yu acting❤

Upto now I still don't know why the second couple exists. From the few bits I failed to skip, it is a CEOxAssistant trope filled with every cliche possible and they seem like a totally different drama from that of the main leads
In real life she would have never chosen the main lead over the second because the second is literally so perfect. He's not cold, he's very nice and caring... Zhang Binbin's charms wouldn't make up for zhuang yu's daily coldness 😂
