- This is a rather aggressive short-term strategy designed to participate in an ongoing trend.
It is not designed to identify major tops or bottoms. Before looking at the details, note that this video is designed to educate chartists on possible strategies.
We are not presenting a standalone trading strategy that can be used right out of the box. Instead, this video is meant to enhance strategy development and refinement.
Absolutely LOVE this strategy!!!! Been using it for about 3 years. Really works well, just need to be very patient and WAIT for an oversold or overbought Closing RSI with a confirming Reversal candlestick!!!!
Pull up chart.
Look at H4
Mark up H4 Support and resistance zones. Color code red resistance and dark green support boxes.
Mark up trend lines. both up and down. so you look for lower highs and lower lows.... mark up your down trend line.... then look for higher highs and higher lows and mark up the up trend line. ideally you want to see a pullback situation where you can do exactly this... so if you fail to see the reverse trend on H4....drop to H1.... M15.... maybe M5, until you do find one.
Now. on the chart where we found the reverse trend. This is where we use the RSI 2.
I want you to add. SMA 20 or bollingers will do that nicely. and are more useful if you know how to use them properly. Make the 20 a nice easy to see color. I like bright Yellow.
I want you to add. SMA 50 Make the 50 a bright blue
I want you to add. SMA 100 go pink
I want you to add SMA 200. Ya i know we are getting line happy. Dark blue or purple
I want you to mark you support and resistance on this chart. color code your boxes orange for resistance and light green for support. Now we can see where our main SR is and our current is.
Ok. how to use the mess.
Price below 20 is a strong bear.
Price below 50 is still pretty good.
Price below 100 is getting weaker.
Price below 200 is considering reversing.
Basically the MAs mark up trend and strength of trend. If the 20 is above a higher MA in a bearish market then it is a significant pullback...or possible reversal signal. the higher the MA the 20 is above the more significant this possibility of reversal is.
Generally. if it is going down..... the MAs do mean something. but the bounces are almost always off the 20 or the 50.... so if these MAs are above higher ones then the higher ones are getting broken a lot. and breaking 200 is something to take note of.
It's also quite common for price to bounce between MAs
Ok so the strat here. We are assuming that market will revert back to bearish as we are talking bearish here. so. price is coming up. Where is stuff? i mean where are the MAs in relation to SR zones on this chart..... is one near one? likely target. so.... WAIT !!!!!!. on the rejection now check your RSI..... it should confirm the sell. and then sell to the most recent low at least but don't close here unless you see crappy volume as a lower low is likely.
OK... i probably confused the shit out of a lot of you. But... there really is no easy way to explain this.
What i did was add additional confirmation signals. Markers on the chart.
Volume is a huge indicator and you should use it. High volume .... going nowhere.... reversing likely. High volume lots of wick.... Sell. High volume lots of tail....Buy. especially at a possible rejection zone.
Remember. Rejection zones are not hard lines in the sand. Price will break them.... and reject them. so an H4 zone has 4 hours to reject. Candle close is what is relevant. Only the close.
I've watched hundreds of videos on futures and I have to say, these are the best.. They are clear, to the point, and follow the premise that simple trading methods work best. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Cci also works the same way. +200 overbought -200 over sold. Check when crossing down 100 and crossing up -100 from those levels. Combine with stochastic rsi. There you have it. High winning percentage huge profits.

Great video.I would suggest to combine with bollinger band 10/3 for scalping on one min chart, or 3 to 5 min(profits are greater, but risk is bigger).You can use 100x for greater profits. I am doing it and works perfect.Just dont think, because thinking costs money and brings losses.
What 10/3 means mam?
@@Sirefransk settings of the bb indicator ma lenght 10 and standard diviation 3. Its only for one to two candles scalping. Otherwise set it on lenght 100 or 200 for trading.

Always got liquidated by using default 14 RSI settings.... When I change 2 to 5 RSI I become profitable... but only in short trades not long or swing trades.

Also I would suggest traders use mental stops, due to the Market makers can see those stops and force traders out of positions.

It works, just be aware when exactly to enter.The rsi must come back from 100 to lower level or from 10 to higher if is long position.
@@AccountsonurtipsbyPGTCommerceR the rsi 2 is one of the best indicators for one minute.You can use volatility stop to be sure if is in support and coloured ma 5 or 8 if you ant to hold the position longer instead of scalping one candle

Its not that simple to know where exactly the top and bottom on rsi. Sometimes we see the price already at the bottom, then the price continue to drop again. Sometimes the price goes up lil bit, then drop again.
volatility stop is a good indicator to know if the prise is supported and when to exit
