She is cleaner than average People in India. Two major dangerous problems are 1. She used same cutting knife to cut meat and vegetables. All must use seperate ones - knives, spoons, cutting trays and handles. 2. She used same bowel with water for cleaning egg and meats. Using same cutting knife and bowel for both vegitables and meats make cross-contaminations of salmonelia bacteria possible from the meats to common bowel and knife then into vegetables to humans. When cutting raw-fruits for raw eating of fruits and vegetables with that knife and when washing in same bowel it pass bacterias to people-make us all sick. Many orientals do not even notice it and get sick. So please practice seperate cutlaries. thanks By the law this practice is prohibited in Eastern countires by " Restaurants rules and by the laws."
