Well, the alcohol abuse is said to have borne Ville's worst qualities (according to Migé, he was quite a asshole), but it also made him very emotional, which made his singing so damn good. There is little sign of that today, although he is visibly making an effort 😄
@DykaAmazonka Yeah I love what he does there with that line in the live songs. It's one of my favorite Ville Vallo screaming moments. I'm actually currently going through a bunch of live performances to find the best version so I can download the whole song with it. It's okay in this one, but the best by far is in the videoclip where someone threw a beer bottle at him and when they picked back up where they left off a few seconds later he belted out the best "Like a moth to that flame!" EVER.
