I also can squat but can't get up again. My legs just aren't strong enough so I have to use my hands on the floor to push myself back up. Do you have any leg strengthening exercises on your channel?

The legs get stronger practicing the squat. Do as she’s doing in the video at start with diff levels . Start where you can keep your bal and go up again. Also the stretches he goes over. Like any YT channel look in his list of videos or playlist to find any for legs.

It depends strongly on how long you remain in the deep rest squat. It is possible that you can get up wirhout the aid of your hands after a minute, but not anymore after one minute and a half. Takes time and practice. It is progressive.

Eating on you heels also means that your digestive organs are free and open to do their job correctly, not compressed and inhibited as when sitting on a chair.

I can squat easily, I just can't get back up. I really can't get back up, I have to roll on all fours in order to lift myself up.

It is easy though to get up: put your hands on the floor before you, push your hips up with the aid of the pressure on the floor of your hands. The rest goes automatically.
