Dua Lipa's album Radical Optimism has debuted at No. 1 on the UK albums chart, collecting 46,300 chart units in its first cycle. The album, produced by Caroline Ailin, Danny L. Harle, and Tobias Jesso Jr., has the biggest opening week of any British act this year. It is Lipa's second U.K. No. 1 after 2020's Future Nostalgia and her first to bow at No. 1. Other notable debuts include Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones.
